Take The "AIDS-girl" Event As An Example To Study The Public Opinion On Blog And The Strategy Of Guiding The Public Opinion On Blog

After the 1990s,the Internet developed with an explosive speed,which promoted our society to change to the information society also.At the same time,the people changed the way to communicate with each other and to get information,which brought about a new kind of transmission and social relations,including blog.Although blog is not new thing anymore till now,its short history, quick speed and the amount make us stunned,we have saw the changes including advantages and disadvantages of the common person because of the public opinion on blog,such as the"Xu Ting " case,which gave us hope about the law, And the Deng Yujiao case show the justice between the government and the common person,what's more "AIDS-girl" event reveal the violence of the public opinion never saw before.How to make that benefits become more and decline the hurt from the abusing of blog freedom,which is with relation to the steady of the society.The purpose of this essay is to describe the public opinion on blog according to the the "AIDS-girl" event progress,and try to master the development of the public opinion rule,and analyse the transmission way.Then analyse the drawback of the public opinion on blog,which usually hurt innocent persons.In the last chapter, I try to raise some strategies and the features in order to shoot the arrow at the target and make it more standard.I should point out that the Blog in this thesis does not include the microblog which is popular right now,because the tools and the way of the transmission are different,and my ability is limited.
