Course construction as a systematic project contained a range of course events including curriculum design,curriculum implementation curriculum evaluation and curriculum management.Not only subject experts and school managers but also school teachers should be responsible for curriculum construction of school.We can regard curriculum construction as a window for school curriculum system’s perfection.More importantly it should be a platform for teacher#s professional development.As the main body,teachers will make full use of and partly abandon the established teaching style,of course,trying to learn some new is necessary.Therefore,not only teachers’ knowledge structure but also their old idea has been changed among the participation of curriculum construction.What’s more,their higher level ability of curriculum is enhanced.Curriculum deliberation,as a kind of "practical art",is an inevitable demand for school curriculum construction and teachers’ actually participation.Surely,teachers deliberation is reflected in every aspect of school curriculum construction.Here,teachers who play an important role have the right to initiate consultation,to share power,to share decision-making on curriculum events together with school administrators.According to the process,teachers will be involved with school curriculum management in varying degree,so as to generate a kind of awareness called "ownership" which to be recognized and concerned,realizing that their own destiny is tied up with school curriculum development.A kind of "cooperation" comes from teachers curriculum deliberation,making school teachers change gradually from "Group" to "Community".Consequentlyq teacher will integrate effectively into the curriculum construction taking a more open attitudeqwhile achieving school curriculum system of "re-optimization" from their constant reflection.In the study,teachers participate in the school "Curriculum Construction",to a larger extent,focused on the perspective of "Curriculum Development".so we should be more focused on "what teachers do in the curriculum deliberation from curriculum development",namely "what is deliberated" and "how deliberate".Based on analysis of the existing data,research decides to use case analysis method,supported by observation and interview.Then,from the material obtained by the methods,the study will analysis teachers actual state in the process of curriculum deliberation.First of all, through the method of literature,as well as the analysis of history texts,the study is trying to explore the general situation consisting of two parts in the process of curriculum deliberation among teachers.One is "the background and meaning based on school",another is "the organizational forms and division of responsibilities".Secondly,study enters into the key and difficult point of research,that is,what kind of attitude will the teachers participate in curriculum deliberation,mainly including two aspects that is "What" and "How" to deliberate in the curriculum construction of school.So by observing and interviewing to school teachers,study is trying to reproduce the situation of teachers curriculum deliberation,showing the overall condition about it.Finally, put forward reflection to the teachers curriculum deliberation,focusing on "Participation" and "Curriculum Power" of teachers.The study hopes to provide some lessons in "Content" and "Process" of curriculum deliberation for a primary school which wants to implement the system in the future,according to the detailed case analysis.
