This thesis adopts qualitative research method. By way of observation, record and interview, the researcher detailedly analyses the process of curriculum deliberation among the kindergarten teachers.After the analysis of curriculum deliberation among the kindergarten teachers , the researcher reaches the following conclusions. First of all, the curriculum deliberation of the kindergarten teachers is made up of these factors such as the premise, the intention , the subject and the means. Secondly, there are four taches and three phases in the kindergarten teachers' curriculum deliberation. The four taches are forming topics of discussion, expressing points of view, deliberation and reaching an agreement, which separately run through three phases from start, maintanence to the end. Thirdly, curriculum deliberation among the kindergarten teachers is situational, practical, regressive, uncertain. Fourthly, there are many factors which influence the curriculum deliberation among teachers which mainly contain personal factors such as the teachers' knowledge, their belief, their temperament and characteristic, their study background, their professional attitude and their prestige and status, environmental factors such as the social culture environment, curriculum environment and the style of the kindergarten, and implementary factors such as the actual situation of the curriculum of the kindergarten and the development of the curriculum deliberation .Finally, aiming at the actuality of the curriculum deliberation among the kindergarten teachers, the researcher tries to give some advice to the curriculum deliberation by reflecting.In the end, the researcher reflects on herself and the process of the whole research.
