In recent years,the reform of basic education curriculum in China has continued to deepen,the level of public cultural services of museums has been continuously improved,and the role of museums,science and technology museums and other museums has continued to emerge.The development of museum curriculum has become an important practical issue and theoretical proposition.Many primary and secondary schools across the country have successively carried out practical activities of developing museum curriculum.Various museums have continuously developed a variety of museum-specific curriculum to meet the needs of the society.However,there is little theoretical attention and research on the museum curriculum in China,which leads to a series of problems such as the cognitive bias of the concept of the museum curriculum,the design of the museum curriculum activities not scientific enough,thus affects the effectiveness of the curriculum development practice.Therefore,this paper takes the museum curriculum development of primary school as the research theme,follows the research logic of “what-why-how” to clarify the ontological meaning of the primary school museum curriculum,to understand the value of the museum curriculum development,to explore the development strategy of the primary school museum curriculum,and finally to strive to construct an effective theoretical model for the primary school museum curriculum development.This study consists of six parts:Part ?: Introduction.It mainly introduces the reasons for the selection of this research,the research status at home and abroad,research problems and purposes,research ideas and methods,research significance and innovations.Part ?: Clarify the ontological implication of the museum curriculum of the primary school.First of all,clarify the concept and connotation of the primary school museum curriculum through the analysis and reflection of the existing concepts.Secondly,analyze and summarize the nature and characteristics of the museum curriculum from different perspectives such as curriculum philosophy andcurriculum environment.It believes that the primary school museum curriculum has the characteristics of situationality,subjectivity,experience,thematic,integration,interactivity,generative and openness.Finally,classify the primary school museum curriculum into different types from three dimensions,such as the main participation subject of curriculum development and the administrative power of the curriculum ect.And the differences and connections between the primary school museum curriculum and comprehensive practical activities curriculum,school-based curriculum and other curriculum are summarized.Part ?: Explain the development value of the primary school museum curriculum.The study explores the value of museum curriculum development from three dimensions: personal value,subject value and social value.In terms of personal value,the museum curriculum can stimulate students' interest in learning,promote the understanding and construction of knowledge,promote the acquisition of comprehensive knowledge and multi-dimensional analysis ability,and the cultivation of lifelong learning ability.It can enhance teachers' value recognition of curriculum and enhance awareness of museum curriculum resources,and curriculum development capabilities.Part ?: Solve the basic problems of the primary school museum curriculum development.The basic questions like the making of curriculum development plan for museum curriculum of primary school,the screening,integration and transformation of museum curriculum resources,the determination of curriculum objectives,the making of museum curriculum content,the implementation of museum curriculum and the evaluation of museum curriculum in the museum curriculum development of primary school were answered.First,the curriculum development plan based on the museum-school cooperation should strive for the participation of museums and schools,clarify the responsibilities of the main participation subject of the museum curriculum development,and design the curriculum development framework and content systematically;Second,museum curriculum resource management with the goal of curriculumization should go through three processes of screening,integration and transformation;Third,the key competence centered curriculum objectives should emphasize the comprehensive application and enrichment of subject knowledge,pay attention to the cultivation of students' lifelong learning ability,and pay attention to the cultivation of students' humanistic heritage,scientific spirit and responsibility;Fourth,the curriculumcontent featuring exhibition creation should pay attention to the problems and needs of the real world,focus on the integration of interdisciplinary knowledge,highlight the nature and characteristics of the museum resources,and focus on developmental and innovative design;Fifth,the implementation of the curriculum with the Museum Learning Process as the core requires teachers to change the curriculum thinking and concepts,explore the teaching methods with museum characteristics,and flexibly use the teaching organization forms;Sixth,the curriculum evaluation featuring the Exhibition Nights should focus on the principles of development,diversity and format.Part ?: Build a curriculum deliberation mechanism for the primary school museum curriculum development.First of all,understand the essential characteristics like practical,groupment,dialogically,and democratic of the curriculum deliberation;Second,pay attention to the value of curriculum deliberation in promoting the democratization of curriculum decision-making in curriculum development,improving the quality of museum curriculum and promoting the smooth implementation of museum curriculum;Finally,It is necessary to be familiar with the curriculum deliberation process,clarify the content of the curriculum deliberation,and establish a curriculum deliberation team to construct a curriculum development deliberation mechanism.Part ?: Construct the guarantee mechanism for the primary school museum curriculum development.The study constructs the guarantee mechanism from four dimensions of museum-school cooperation,fund guarantee,professional development of teachers and effective participation of parents.First the construction of the museum-school cooperation mechanism should strengthen the understanding and communication of museums and schools;establish a communication and coordination mechanism to ensure the linkage of the two subjects,select appropriate partners to establish a stable relationship;and finally maintain and deepen the cooperation relationship between the museum and the school.Second,seek government's special fund support and seek support from organizations,enterprises,and the public to construct a fund security mechanism.Third,the teachers' professional development mechanism should start from the teacher's curriculum professional ability improvement and the museum knowledge and skill training.Fourth,constructing an effective parental involvementmechanism requires encouragement of parents ‘active participation in the museum curriculum,clarifying the content and functions of parental involvement,and developing effective parent volunteer selection criteria.
