Joseph·J·Schwab was a famous educationist and biologist of American. His education of thought was magnificently conceived,his papers were hard to understand and his theory was easily mislead by people.Therefore,this paper will resolve this problems. In this paper, I will interpretate schwab's curriculum deliberation from different methods and several angles in order to reveal the implicit thought. Finally,I'll make a proper evaluation.This paper is divided into four parts, the foreword mainly states the meaning of the purpose of the study, the aim of the study,the research present situation.And then bring forward the proleptic innovation of this paper.The second part discussed the theoretical basis that formate schwab's thinking of curriculum deliberation.All these brought about a direct influence upon his thought that the education, the policy of that society, the economy and the culture of his time.Especially after he had been a teacher in chicago universiy,he meet with Aristotle and Deway.Besides these, Schwab found a method that unites Aristotle and Duwey by experience construction theory to state his education thinking, which brought about a special mode for resolving curriculum problem..And then he put forward his practice curiculum. He mentioned his thinking of curriculum deliberation in series of practice paper.The third part was uppermost proportion of this dissertation.I will interpret this thinking of curriculum deliberation from five aspect with the method of multianalysis.Firstly,I will mainly adopt reductive and parse the factors of curriculum deliberation from comprehensive views.Secondly, I will analyze the ingredient of curriculum deliberation with the method of logos construction from positive. Schwab pointed out that logos never stand for the meaning of metaphysics.He thought that the method of logos construction pracise research on inquirng the universal characteristic basis..Thirdly, to reveal the far-reaching implications in curriculum deliberation with the method of anti-principle from negative.Schwab stressed the practice research of the curriculum deliberation for discoving problem and resolving problem in order to pursue perfect curriculum reform.Next, after analyzing the curriculum deliberation by method of dialectic unity from the pros and cons, I will annotate the values of the curriculum deliberation as a whole.Though Schwab did not clearly state the values of curriculum deliberation, every kind of education thinking has its value and only grasped it, can we better understand it.At last, to end the mulelement interpret of curriculum deliberation with practice way and dynamic specific operation mode.Finally, the last proportion mostly focused on evaluating the thinking of curriculum deliberation and make a prospection.However, the same as other thinking and theory,there is an inevitable historical limitations in curriculum deliberation. Curriculum deliberation embody brand-new angle of view in curriculum field which has great far-reaching influences and consequences for us.Teacher Self-reflection and the prosemnar of collective preparation for class are the main melody in modern curriculum and practice.Teaching and learning community is a learning mode that actively advocated in our times.In conclusion, correctly interpret this thinking of curriculum deliberation, which will promote the development of modern curriculum theory.
