Under the background of the new curriculum reform, the role of teachers gradually changes from the executor and implementer of the curriculum to the researcher and practitioner, playing an important role in the development of school-based curriculum. As an important method of school-based research in primary and secondary schools, collective lesson preparation plays an important role in students' physical and mental development, teachers' professional growth and improvement of school teaching.Collective refers to the community and organization.Lesson preparation is a process that teachers analyze and solve specific teaching practice problems.Collective lesson preparation is not a simple addition of collective and lesson preparation. It is a kind of teaching research activity in which the teaching and research community analyze students on the basis of independent lesson preparation, and negotiates and discusses specific teaching content or specific teaching practice problems to obtain the optimal teaching plan, involving mutual consultation, research, teaching and research community decisions. However,in the actual teaching process, the collective lesson preparation faces many difficulties,so it is necessary to reconstruct the collective lesson preparation mechanism from the perspective of course deliberation with the same practical significance, which can provide a reference for the further development of the collective lesson preparation.Taking literature analysis and observation as the main research methods, first of all,we can find out the current difficulties of teachers' collective lesson preparation, and explore the nature and characteristics of curriculum deliberation for the interpretation of curriculum deliberation by various scholars at home and abroad, and then based on the actual observation of collective lesson preparation, restructure the collective lesson preparation mechanism from the perspective of curriculum deliberation. It can not only clarify the interaction of the four elements in the collective lesson preparation practice, teaching and research community, teaching objectives, and activity methods, but also provide some new ideas for schools and teachers to carry out collective lesson preparation activities.According to the research, the hierarchical mechanism, formal mechanism and functional mechanism are the main aspects to reconstruct the collective lesson preparation mechanism. In the hierarchical mechanism, starting from the hierarchical order of collective lesson preparation,it clarifies the distribution and operation of power among teaching and research communities, and discusses the teaching problems and activity modes in three aspects: macro-mechanism,medium-mechanism and micro-mechanism.In the form mechanism, from the administrative-planning mechanism and the guidance-supervising mechanism, the internal links between the various parts of the educationalphenomenon and their operating modes are defined, and the use of administrative guarantees promotes equality between teaching and research communities.Through the top-down guidance model and mutual supervision model to ensure the realization of teaching goals. In the functional mechanism,it mainly clarifies the interrelationship of the relevant communities in the collective lesson preparation.Starting from the teacher incentive mechanism and activity guarantee mechanism,it can ensure the normal operation of the collective lesson preparation and encourage teachers to actively participate in it,ensuring that the teacher changes from passive teaching to research Take the initiative to promote teaching and research activities and promote school teaching.
