With the deepening of the present educational reform and the implementing of three-class curricular management policy,school-based curricular implementation begins to appear.Meantime,the teachers' importance on the school-based curriculum development is drawing more and more attention,and the teachers get more chances in the curriculum decision making,school-based curriculum development(SBCD) is an uncertain and practical process.Curricular practical problem must be solved by the practical way.As a practical art,curriculum deliberation is the orientation in the process of the school-based curricular implementation.Based on the former researches,this research adopts the qualitative case study on a high school of the HUBEI province and the other school of BEI JING.By observing the scenes,interviewing with a lot of teachers and collecting the teaching documents,the researcher gets the first-hand material from them.after that,the researcher draws the final conclusion after reading the collecting documents and transcribing the record from interviews and scene records.The thesis contains four parts as follows:Part one:background of the research.In this part,the researcher expounds briefly the background of curriculum deliberation,curriculum policy,the current research achievements,and the interrelated conceptions of curriculum deliberation and the significance of this research on theory and practice.Part two:the case of the two schools.This part is the most important one of this thesis,which mainly represents the curriculum deliberation scenes of the referred schools and the researcher's elaborate analysis on them.Part three:conclusion and suggestion.This part is the second of the body,which summarizes the six features of the curriculum deliberation based on the Part two's description.Following these,the researcher analyzes the reason of the existing problem during the course of curriculum deliberation and then supplies the suggestion.Part four:epilogue.In this part,the author reflects on herself and the whole process of this research.
