A new round of curriculum reform put geographic literacy in the core of the geography curriculum goal, as the core elements of geographic literacy the geography discipline competence not only deeply influence on the teachers’classroom teaching, but also affecting a new round of reform of college entrance examination. As a kind of social activity of talents the entrance exams not only do to college admission selection, but also involvement to the national personnel training requirements for the future. Thus, the College Entrance Examination systems to some extent reflect the requirements and direction of the current education. Since the new curriculum reform in 2015, the new standard for the college entrance examination has organized for several years, it has accumulated considerable experience basically achieved from "knowledge conception" to "ability idea", for the research of this paper provides the ideal text.This paper based on the evaluation standard of SOLO classification theory, geography test questions for Bridges, based on geography subject ability investigation and the questions needed to answer the thinking ability of geography test questions, according to the characteristics of the geography competence set up the university entrance exam of SOLO level evaluation standard. Based on the above tools, using content analysis, from three aspects of subject ability SOLO classification and thinking level distribution, according to the 2015 national curriculum volume, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Beijing, Shandong volume five regional geographical questions were analyzed, we finally making the following conclusions:Firstly, the test mainly examined the spatial distribution pattern of awareness and geographical characteristics and comprehensive analysis ability of M R level. Secondly, Show significant regional characteristics and comprehensive characteristics. Thirdly, the national volume of five kinds of ability and performance level of the most comprehensive, but the local volume investigation focus on subject ability is not the same, subject ability performance level is uneven, proposition have different quality.For the above conclusions,we suggest the corresponding advice as follows:Firstly, when reviewing the university entrance exam to awareness of the spatial distribution pattern and geographical features comprehensive analysis ability, and communities in targeted in a planned way to the university entrance exam review. Secondly,on the teaching, put the point on strengthen the regional comprehensive thinking and the cognition to the cultivation of the two core literacy. Thirdly, suggested to speed up with the college entrance examination reform, promote education fairness. we can adopt standardized exam papers, and four of five kinds of geography subject ability reasonable performance level to conduct a comprehensive inspection. Finally, for the local volume, to preserve their own characteristics, to improve the lack of proposition. In addition, for the front-line teachers, to learn to hierarchical classification ability, appropriate and reasonable to carry out the teaching task and the university entrance exam review, the geography discipline competence training can be come true.
