The college entrance examination is the most important and influential unified examination in China, and it has always attracted much attention from all walks of life. With the gradual implementation of the new college entrance examination policy and geographic core literacy, the form, content, and ability structure of the test questions have changed. In the background of the new college entrance examination, geography is one of the "small three subjects",and there are a large number of electives. It is of certain significance to study the orientation of the ability structure of the geography questions for the college entrance examination in the past five years. This article selects the geography questions for the college entrance examination in Zhejiang,Shanghai, and Hubei provinces from 2015 to 2019 as research objects.Based on the SOLO classification theory, the criteria for the division of the structure of geographical examination questions for the college entrance examination were established. The examination structure is divided into Four levels of thinking based on the test materials and the thinking ability required to solve the questions: unistructural(U),multistructural(M),relational(R),and extended abstract(E).Based on the above standards, this article has divided SOLO levels into geographical examination questions for the three provinces and municipalities in the past five years, and carried out statistical analysis. The results show:(1)Before the implementation of the new college entrance examination policy, the average proportions of U,M,R,and E in SOLO level of the geographic examination questions for the college entrance examinations in the three provinces and cities were 14.36%,15.29%,51.41%,and 18.94%.Geographical examination questions in the three provinces and municipalities showed a roughly consistent distribution of the ability structure at the SOLO level. They all emphasized the examination of R,and their proportions were large, reaching 40% to 60%.The proportions of U and M were relatively small, accounting for about than 30%.Therefore,the examination papers of the three provinces and cities are relatively difficult overall, which only reflects the selective characteristics of the college entrance examination.(2)After the implementation of the new college entrance examination policy, the proportion of SOLO levels in the geographic examination questions in the three provinces and cities has been continuously adjusted. The average proportions of U,M,R,and E in the 2016-2019 geography examination questions are 25%,26.21%,43.85%,and 5.59%.The gaps between the levels of the geological examination papers in the three provinces and cities for the college entrance examinations have been shrinking year by year, and the direction of capacity requirements is getting closer and closer.Among them, the proportion of R and M changes relatively large, showing the opposite trend of change, but the proportion of R has been in the dominant position, floating up and down 40%.With the gradual implementation of the new college entrance examination policy, although the geography examination questions for the college entrance examination have increased the proportion of basic knowledge and backbone knowledge, they still focus on comprehensive thinking.(3)From the perspective of the three provinces and cities,From the perspective of the three provinces and cities, the changes in the levels of Shanghai Test Paper and Zhejiang Test Paper are very consistent, and the changes in Hubei Test Paper are basically consistent with the two provinces and cities. After the new college entrance examination,in test paper average ratio of R is about 40%,which is dominant;the average ratio of U and R is about 25%;the average ratio of E is about 10%.The SOLO levels of Zhejiang volume and Shanghai test paper tend to be consistent, and the average difference between them is only about 5%.The difference is very small. The test structure of the two provinces and cities is gradually scientific and rational. However, the Hubei test paper showed a large difference in 2017.The Hubei test paper M ratio is much lower than the Shanghai test paper and the Zhejiang test paper, with a difference of more than 15%;the R ratio is much higher than the Shanghai test paper and the Zhejiang test paper, with a difference of more than 20%;However,it has also begun to move closer to the two provinces and cities from 2018,and eventually will be consistent with the first two provinces and cities in 2019,explaining the rationality of the new college entrance examination policy and SOLO classification theory from the side.Based on this,in order to further improve the scientific rationality of the preparation of the test papers, the ratios of U,M,R,and E of the more reasonable test ability structure of the Geographical Examination Paper are 20%,30%,40%,and 10%,respectively;And it is suggested to apply the SOLO classification theory scientifically and reasonably, and apply it to the formative and summative evaluation of teaching;and teachers should improve students 'mastery of main knowledge in the teaching process, and at the same time cannot relax students' comprehensive thinking and abstract thinking.Cultivation,in order to further improve the level of geographical thinking of students.
