In the educational project combining the three factors of school, family, society, community is playing an increasingly important role in joint because of its unique geographical and popularity advantages. Social workers work based on the community, under the guidance of their professional background, integrate various resources and carry out the family education services to help families shift from the experienced education to scientific education. Thereby,this practice improves the quality of family education, creates a good family trait and promotes community harmony.In this study, the topic starts from a questionnaire about family education of migrant children in X street. From the ecological system theoretical perspective, this study analyzes the problem of the group of the family education and influential factors and their needs. Besides, this study takes practical work of Y institution about the migrant children, takes the work experience of social work intervened in family education in China and abroad as reference, under the guidance of relevant theories of social work, and work out the suitable service plan for the floating people in X street. The author as organizer and spreader of this project is intervened as a professional social worker to the service of family education of the floating child. By using the methods and techniques to promote family education of the floating population become more scientific. For the effect of intervention group, this study is going to be evaluated by using the method of qualitative respectively from group projects, team process and team effectiveness three aspects.The result of this research finds that group work mode makes some effects in change of the traditional family education concept, increases the family education and prepares a better family atmosphere. Moreover, parents are paying more attention on family education, the family education skill is improved and the parent-child relationship is more harmonious. The group work mode and the content and result are recognized, but there still has some parts which need to be improved. At last, based on the previous research and the practice result of the group work, this study combines the social work theory and method, analysis from all ecological of the main body, and makes suggestion and ways to promote family education to become more scientific and effective.
