Group Work Method In The Improvement Of Father In The Floating Children Family Education Effect Research

Family is the first and most important of children's growth and development.Family education on the acquisition of individual behavior has the most direct impact.Behavior of children in the first place and most have learned in the family.In recent years,increasing of migrant population,the problems become more and more attention by people,especially the migrant children.Improving the migrant children's family education,is very important to prevent and reduce the illegal and criminal behavior in migrant children.Based on C street in Guangzhou as an example,study group work methods to improve the effect of father in the floating children home education,so as to put forward effective improvement plan.The author first through questionnaire to understand the present situation of the migrant children family education.The results of the survey reality,most of the migrants use authoritarian way of family nurture;Mother bear the main function of family education,father involved in less.Then,the author combined with positive communication,family structure treatment and other related theory,the application of group work,the method of improving the capacity of the family education of migrant population,improve the family education.Before and after the measurement results show that the method can effectively increase the flow of personnel team positive behavior,so as to reduce the negative parenting behaviors,and improve the effectiveness of home education,improve family relationships.
