| In recent years,with the development of China’s urbanization,the scale of the floating population has always been expanding,and a large number of migrant children’s families have gradually emerged in cities.Some migrant children’s families gradually integrate into the local area with the improvement of their parents’ educational background,while some migrant children’s parents face the dilemma of lack of community capital and insufficient educational resources in the inflow area due to species.One of the urgent problems for parents of migrant children is how to achieve good family education for their children in the difficult situation,how to let the second or even third generation of migrant children "tie the first button of life",and how to stand at the unified starting line of education with local children.Research shows that parents’ self-efficacy is an important factor to measure family education,which can improve parents’ vocational education ability and help parents achieve good family education.Through the survey of migrant children’s families in P Street,it is found that the parents of migrant children’s families in P Street are faced with problems such as difficult communication with children,lack of education methods,low self-evaluation,lack of support and access to learning resources due to the nature of work,education level,economic level,and absence of family support from their families.These problems eventually led to the low scores of migrant children’s parents in the measurement of their parents’ self-efficacy,which was lower than the theoretical median.Based on the above survey,this group has designed eight groups,using social learning theory,advantage perspective theory,social support theory and parents’ self-training model to help parents learn educational methods,improve educational self-confidence,and obtain support and help from peer groups in the community,so as to finally achieve the goal of improving the self-efficacy of parents of migrant children.After eight groups,the evaluation of group results showed that group work had a good effect on the improvement of self-efficacy of parents of migrant children.Although the group has achieved good results,there are still some shortcomings in the design and implementation process of the group intervention.In view of these problems,the workers reflected and put forward solutions and suggestions,hoping to provide experience for parent-child groups with improved parental efficacy in migrant children’s families in the future,and better promote the improvement of the self-efficacy of parents of migrant children’s families. |
