The Study On College Students’ Green Entrepreneurship Safeguard Mechanism

Green entrepreneurship has been developing rapidly as a novel organization form, which is the embodiment of sustainable development strategy in the field of entrepreneurship. Although the unified definition has not formed both at home or at aboard, it is believed that Green entrepreneurship is actively respond to the ecological environment problems. So the entrepreneurs should take responsibility of ecological environmental protection, to change the traditional business concept and model, to carry out the green entrepreneurship, to promote the sustainability harmonious development among economic, social and ecological. As the circumstance for starting business is becoming better and better, the university students also begin to try the way of Green entrepreneurship. However, the theory and practice system is not perfect.Green entrepreneurship is a new type of entrepreneurship, which mostly conforms to "harmonious relationship between human and nature ". As the entrepreneurship mainstay, college students also have responsibility to the environmental protection and ecological construction, so they should take initiative to "green entrepreneurship". But college students are limited by many problems in the process of green entrepreneurship, for example, shortage of funds or experience. So this research is necessary to promote the guarantee mechanism of green entrepreneurship, in our country it needs multiple responsibility main body support. Green entrepreneurship requires not only the view or vales of college students, but also depends on system of the law, policy, education, money, etc. At present, our country has policies and supporting documents on entrepreneurship, however, lack of green entrepreneurship security policy to promote college students. The article, which bases on introducing green entrepreneurship and combining the theory of Marxism, analyzes the actual situation and existing problems of the college students’ green entrepreneurship. Discuss the building and perfecting the guarantee mechanism in order to improve the theory system of green entrepreneurship in our country, and providing research direction for related research.This paper discusses from five parts:Firstly the introduction is expounded, briefly containing the college students’ green entrepreneurship research background, research significance, the main research status at home and abroad, the methods on research, and so on; The second part focuses on the college students’ green entrepreneurship, firstly analyzing the concept of green business on basic category, secondly introducing the characteristic of green business, then discussing the main types and the successful case, finally introducing the analysis of era background and present situation of college students’ green entrepreneurship; The third part studies the problems existing in the guarantee mechanism of green entrepreneurship, from the innovation consciousness, technology development or application, system, education, policy and practice system and supporting services, and so on; Fourth part is the research of inner and external guarantee mechanism of green entrepreneurship for college students, firstly discussing personal inner quality for students, which focuses on the view of ecological value and green entrepreneurship, then discussing the establishing and perfecting of external guarantee mechanism from the four angles, containing the policy and legal system construction, the education and practice system construction in colleges, the society environment construction, the support policy of enterprise or corporation; The fifth part is the conclusion, the exploration is putting forward to the construction and perfect of" five-in-one" policy guarantee system of college students’ green entrepreneurship.
