The implementation of entrepreneurship education can cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents,and the construction of an innovative country is inseparable from the support of a large number of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.Only entrepreneurial people can develop new industries,provide new jobs for the market,promote the development of national market economy,relieve the pressure of market employment,and promote a harmonious society.Nowadays,countries all over the world realize that entrepreneurship education is one of the important factors determining the future development direction of a country,and it is urgent to carry out the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in Colleges and universities.Tsinghua University and Harvard University are both pioneers and leaders in innovation and entrepreneurship education.The research on the entrepreneurship education of Tsinghua University and Harvard University has the theoretical value of enriching the entrepreneurship education theory,changing the traditional entrepreneurship education concept,and establishing a complete entrepreneurship education system.At the same time,it has the practical value of Promoting Colleges and universities to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents,creating a large number of jobs,and promoting the national economic development.By using the methods of literature analysis and comparative analysis,this paper studies the development of entrepreneurship education in Tsinghua University and Harvard University in terms of curriculum,faculty building,method system and mechanism guarantee.Based on the discussion of the current situation of entrepreneurship education in Tsinghua University and Harvard University,this paper compares the two,which is mainly reflected in four dimensions:first,entrepreneurship education curriculum,the type and content of the curriculum;second,the construction of entrepreneurship education teachers,the management and training of teachers;third,the method system of entrepreneurship education,the comparison of classroom teaching and practical activities;fourth,the construction of entrepreneurship education teachers,Entrepreneurship education mechanism guarantee,compared with the establishment of relevant organizations in Colleges and universities.For Tsinghua University,in terms of entrepreneurship education curriculum,this paper puts forward two suggestions:one is to enrich entrepreneurship education curriculum and improve the effectiveness of certificate courses;the other is to integrate advantage disciplines and cross disciplines to set up characteristic courses.In terms of the construction of teaching staff,two suggestions are put forward:one is to improve the management and evaluation of entrepreneurship education teachers;the other is to strengthen the exchange between teachers and social outstanding entrepreneurial talents,and promote the teaching of entrepreneurship education.In terms of the method system of entrepreneurship education,this paper puts forward four suggestions:first,to adopt new entrepreneurship classroom teaching methods;second,to carry out international entrepreneurship practice teaching;third,to invite local excellent enterprises to participate in entrepreneurship practice competitions to stimulate regional economy;fourth,to strengthen the connection between entrepreneurship practice base and form a recyclable entrepreneurship ecology.In terms of the guarantee mechanism of entrepreneurship education,this paper puts forward two suggestions:one is to guarantee the teaching quality of College Teachers' entrepreneurship education;the other is to guarantee the rights and interests of graduates' Entrepreneurship in an all-round way and encourage students' entrepreneurship.In a word,entrepreneurship education is related to the future development direction of China's higher education and the practical problem of solving the social employment contradiction.The Chinese government should provide a good policy environment for entrepreneurship education.As the main body of entrepreneurship education,colleges and universities should implement the goals of entrepreneurship education of the Chinese government,implement the development of entrepreneurship education,connect with various fields of society,meet the needs of market economy and provide high-quality entrepreneurship talents.
