Now days the social more and more concern about the migrant workers’ issues. And the core issue of all is the education problem of migrant workers’ issues. Migrant workers play a very important and key role to industrialization, modernization and urbanization in China. So if we want to make the education justice come true, it is quiet necessary to solve the education problems of the children of migrant workers’. Government, in recent years published some education policy of migrant workers’ children to solve the problem of their compulsory education in cities. Local governments implement the education policy of migrants’ children inadequately, which lead to the education problem of migrant families can’t go enough. So it is quite necessary to enhance the policy implementation of migrant workers’ children, so to achieve educational equity.This paper, which using the research methods of document analysis, comprehensive analysis and field investigations to study how to improve the implementation of the migrant workers’ children education policy. Migrant children education policy is imperfect, which lacking of systemic, executive power of timeliness. To study the migrant children’s policy from three aspects, as policy implementation issue, factor, countermeasure to conclude the academia research output, combining with the policy is not perfect, the system itself has disadvantages, and policy enforceability is not high lack of executive force leading to the realization of migrant children education fair degree is not high, the education quality is low to analysis comprehensively, and put forward the corresponding improvement strategies and rationalization proposal.
