With the rapid growing of number of migrant children going to cities with parents who work in cities, the problem of education of those children after junior high school becomes increasingly important incurrent society, and those children are increasingly eager to take the high school entrance exam at citieswhere they stay with their parents. In2012, Beijing proposes a series of policies which allow some of thosechildren to take the high school entrance exam and participate the professional education in Beijing.Although such policies are proposed to solve the problem of taking different-place high school entranceexam, we believe that the key to achieving the purpose of policies is the execution of such policies.Sucessful implementation of policies of taking different-place high school entrance exam is meaningful toguarantee the fairness of education, improve the quality of education and stability of development ofsociety.Starting from the analysis of executing policies of migrant children for taking different-place highschool entrance exam, this paper is devoted to investigating the content and current situation of policies oftaking different-place high school entrance exam, based on execution of educational policies of migrantchildren after junior high school, to resolve the problems. For the contents of purposes of policies, the direct target of policies of migrant children for takingdifferent-place high school entrance exam in2012is suitable, but far from achieving the indirect purpose offair education. The content of policies is scientifically reasonable, and deeply developed in creativity, and isnot highly developed in fullness and feasibility, and need improving in clearness of the content of policies. For the current situation of executing policies, the target group includes migrant children and theirparents indicate that they don’t completely understand the policies of taking different-place high schoolentrance exam, and are not satisfied with the content of those policies. Moreover, the willing of the targetgroup for going to senior high school is inconsistent with the rule of those policies, which partially preventsthe policies from being executed. For the executing objects, during the execution process the benefit factorand executing measure will impact the execution of policies, and the communications between schools andparents will impact the attitude of parents. For the execution environment, the system is mainly related tothe Hukou policy, that is, the migrant children and their parents who have country Hukou do not fullyunderstand the policies of taking different-place high school entrance exam, and tend to chooseprofessional education; the economy is mainly related to the incoming of the family, that is, the moreincoming the parents have, the less they wish their children taking professional education; the culture isrelated to living years of the migrant children and their parents, education and psychology of parents, that is,the more years the parents have living in Beijing, the more they tend to choose professional education fortheir children, and the lower education the parents had, the more they tend to choose professional educationfor their children; yet some of parents are self-contemptuous because of their ID as peasant workers, suchpsychological status may make them misunderstand the target of the policies. There are a few of suggestions about these problems. Firstly, Hukou policies must be reformatted.Secondly, one is reformatting professional education must be reformatted. Thirdly, propaganda must bestrengthened and traditional educational idea must be changed.
