As is known to all, any good education is inseparable from good teachers, and since the 1960 s, teachers’ professional development has become the focus of research around the world. However, in some schools in our province, teachers’ professional development is still backward, and needs to be improved. So let biology teachers understand the connotation of teachers’ professional development, and the in-depth study of high school biology teachers’ professional development is especially important. However,the author by retrieving China knowledge network,finds the literature about teacher professional development is a lot, but the literature of combining teachers’ professional development and the subjects is rare. the college entrance examination reform is the most comprehensive reform which deeply touches the essence of education since the college entrance examination system. And it changes the traditional “exam-oriented education” to a large extent. and had a certain influence on the teachers’ professional development in many ways. However, by retrieving China knowledge network the author found that the literature under the background of teacher professional development in college entrance examination reform is less and less, not to mention this just for the college entrance examination reform.In this paper, the author focused on the college entrance examination reform movements. for a period of time to the nearest in Shanghai and zhe jiang some guidelines, policies analyze the characteristics and connotation of the college entrance examination reform. then the author analysed the college entrance examination reform’s influence on high school students under the thought of the college entrance examination reform, combined with the course of shangqiu schools students questionnaire and limit analysis of some subjects chosen for the college entrance examination reform analyze the possible influence on the high school biology, making the first line of high school biology teachers have a certain understanding. In the aspect of teachers’ professional development, the author study the relevant knowledge on the concept of teachers’ professional development, different experts have a different point of view, and after learning this knowledge, the writer integrated the concept of teachers’ professional development according to her own understanding. Then combined with the spirit of the reform of the college entrance examination and the thought connotation, the writer put forward the new requirements of teachers’ professional development in all the subjects this includes three aspects, that is: first, improve their professional knowledge structure; second, improve teachers’ professional development skills; third, pay attention to training the abilities of students’ learning and lifelong development, and respect students’ personality development. Not only that, the chapter also put forward the new requirements of the high school biology teachers according to college entrance examination reform, which includes three aspects: first,enhance students’ understanding of the nature of biology, and cultivate a batch of true lovers for biology; second, improve all students’ biological science literacy.third, Third, pay attention to the cultivation of the students’ ability to explore. the author used the method of attending lectures and interviewing method to do research into the present situation of high school biology teachers’ professional development, combined with my own teaching practice experience. On the basis of the above research, this article put forward the background of the new college entrance examination reform to promote the suggestions of teachers’ professional development. First of all, teachers should strengthen the consciousness and faith of their professional development; Second, related education department or expert in education should resume the new high school teacher evaluation system combined with the connotation of the college entrance examination reform; Finally, some requirements which are put forward about school or society should improve the treatment of high school teachers, and respect the teachers of this industry, whether in school or in society.The innovation of this article is to closely connect teachers’ professional development and the high school biology curriculum characteristics, at the same time under the new background of the college entrance examination reform. Hope this research can make a line of work of high school biology teachers think the challenges and opportunities the college entrance examination reform brings to the high school biology, and strive to improve their professional accomplishment, adapting to the connotation of the college entrance examination reform successfully in teaching. At the same time the author put forward some suggestions for school and society, hoping they create a better environment for teachers’ professional development. But because of the author’s limited knowledge and ability, there is no deep research into the specific implementation of some schools in Shanghai, zhejiang, so I can’t deeply and completely analye the influence caused by college entrance examination reform.
