Biological science is an experimental science, experimental teaching is an important part of biology teaching, play a decisive role: help students deepen their understanding and consolidate the master the basic knowledge, cultivating students' biological experimental operation skills, observation ability, thinking ability and the ability to analyze and solve problems, help students the formation of scientific world view and dialectical materialism natural view, stimulates the student to study the biological interest, cultivate the spirit of unity and cooperation and rigorous scientific attitude. The autumn of 2008, Jiangsu began to implement the new college entrance examination scheme, namely "3 + academic proficiency test and comprehensive qualities evaluation mode," and canceled the experiment examination. The college entrance examination pattern reform of biological experiment teaching is influenced and influence how to become the focus of research.In this paper, through the literature research method and investigation method, focusing on the current new Jiangsu college entrance examination has been implemented, the present situation of the experimental teaching, bad situation cause investigation, the college entrance examination for teachers teaching idea and teaching behavior, and enjoy popular confidence experimental evaluation. Separately prepare teachers questionnaire and the questionnaire, in most parts of the province on the part of the teacher and the students conducted a sample survey. And prepare the interview outline, from several dimensions of research staff, teachers and laboratory technician three class population random sample interview.The results of the survey showed: college entrance examination on experimental teaching has a strong positive oriented effect, main show is changing teachers' teaching ideas and eliminate the nearsightedness behavior of experimental teaching; experimental teaching college entrance examination on the negative effects are mainly reflected in two aspects: one is to cancel the experimental operation test brought bad influence, two is the result to grading bring adverse effects; these factors and present experimental status are closely linked; the survey also found that teachers and students like experimental evaluation -- a written examination and experiment test. According to the college entrance examination on experimental teaching of negative effect and puts forward the corresponding suggestions of improvement. The college entrance examination must test experiment operation examination and college entrance examination cancel grading system or continue to increase experiment scores of these two recommendations. I hope this study can be for the college entrance examination in experimental investigation has certain reference significance.Due to some objective conditions of the restrictions, the research in some areas there exists deficiency.
