In 2014,The State Council promulgated the Opinions of The State Council on Deepening the Reform of the Examination and Enrollment System(Guofa [2014] No.35),which reformed the setting of examination subjects and the mechanism of enrollment and enrollment,and carried out pilot reforms.In 2016,Shandong Provincial government issued the Implementation Plan for Deepening the Reform of Examination and Enrollment System,marking the beginning of the reform of college entrance examination in Shandong Province.In 2018,The State Council issued the Guiding Opinions of the Ministry of Education on the Implementation of the New Curriculum and New Textbooks for senior high Schools.In 2019,senior high school students in Shandong began to use the new textbooks.The reform of college entrance examination system and teaching materials has put forward new challenges to the professional development of skilled teachers.It is of certain theoretical significance and practical value to understand the current situation of the professional development of skilled teachers under the background of the new college entrance examination,and to explore the existing problems,causes and countermeasures.In this study,145 skilled teachers from a high school in Yantai,Shandong Province were selected as the research objects.Questionnaire and interview methods were adopted to investigate the current situation of the professional development of skilled teachers in high school under the background of the new college entrance examination reform,and to explore the existing difficulties and problems.Through the investigation,it is found that after the reform of college entrance examination,skilled teachers have some problems,such as professional belief need to be enhanced,professional knowledge needs to be reconstructed,professional ability needs to be improved,and professional development approach does not meet the actual needs of skilled teachers.The reasons mainly include: after the new college entrance examination reform,the "plateau period" of skilled teachers in high school is intensified,the professional development time and energy investment is insufficient,the professional knowledge and ability promotion is difficult,the professional development approach does not adapt to the actual needs of skilled teachers,etc.According to the results of questionnaire survey and interview,this study puts forward targeted measures to improve the professional development level of skilled teachers from three aspects.Firstly,skilled teachers should stick to their professional belief and improve their own education and teaching level.They should actively change their professional ideas and adapt to the requirements of the new college entrance examination reform as soon as possible.Perfect the subject knowledge system of the new textbook and actively expand the comprehensive knowledge learning;Strengthen teaching reflection,improve classroom teaching and management ability.Secondly,schools should correctly guide the professional development direction of teachers and promote the comprehensive improvement of professional knowledge and ability: to improve the efficiency of professional development and training guided by the needs of skilled teachers;Simplify the quantity of teaching and research,improve the quality and efficiency of teaching and research;Guide skilled teachers to carry out professional development planning and improve their development initiative.Finally,the government should improve the professional status of teachers,stimulate the professional development of skilled teachers: pay attention to the professional development of skilled teachers,improve the professional title evaluation mechanism;Improve the new college entrance examination reform related teacher training system,improve the quality of training content;Establish a high quality teaching resource base to enrich the independent learning of skilled teachers. |
