In 2014,the state passed <the Opinions on Deepening the Reform of Examination Enrollment System>,Shanghai and Zhejiang provinces,which have made educational reforms more mature,were the first pilot sites.Zhejiang under the pilot program requirements.The new college entrance examination is from politics,history,geography,physics,chemistry,biology,technology 7 subjects,choose 3 as the college entrance examination subjects,teaching mode fully ushered in the waliking class teaching.Based on the college entrance examination reform,high school teachers have to make corresponding changes to the current teaching situation,research and explore the impact of the new college entrance examination on the professional development of geography teachers in high school,on this basis,to explore to enhance the professional development of high school geography teachers Related ways.This study combined with the personal teaching experience of Tonglu Middle School in Zhejiang Province,explored and studied the impact of the shift system under the background of the new college entrance examination on the professional development of high school geography teachers,analyzed the current situation of domestic and foreign scholars in the shift class teaching and professional development of geography teachers.The current situation of the above study contrasts the differencesbetween the Zhejiang college entrance examination reform program and the traditional college entrance examination program,and points out that the implementation of the shift class system under the new college entrance examination model is very necessary.The effect of class shift on the professional development of high school geography teachers mainly analyzes the influence factors from five aspects: The uniqueness of the geography discipline changes from the teacher's handling of the teaching content to the change of the geography classroom teaching management.Students' influence on geography learning,guidance on students' accurate understanding of geography disciplines,and influence of shift schedule implementation on teacher reserve.
