In this paper, since the founding of our country in the middle school geographyteaching material about Marine education teaching content changes as the background,with time as the main line, explore Marine education teaching in middle schoolgeography teaching material contents in different periods of development and changes.By looking at the founding of China in65years published by people’s education pressin China, the ministry of education of middle school geography teaching materials ofmiddle school geography curriculum standard and related works, to improve therecognition of the development of middle school geography education. At the sametime also to our country about Marine education in middle school geography teachingmaterial contents, knowledge of ocean, the diversity of Marine course of teaching andteaching evaluation thinking and Suggestions, better service to the Marine geographicteaching practice.The article is divided into six parts: first, introduction; the evolution of geographytextbooks of middle school in the marine education teaching content two, since thefounding of China; three: the reasons for the evolution of the teaching content ofmiddle school geography education since the founding of the sea; four: the existence ofmiddle school geography teaching marine education issues; five: on the teachingcontent of middle school geography education suggestions conclusion: six.The first part is the introduction mainly introduces the selected topic basis and theresearch significance of this paper, the research status at home and abroad on themarine education, main content, research methods and research ideas, based on theconcept of data put forward the teaching content of this paper put forward thedefinition of marine education, innovative content of this paper..The second part of the content changes on Marine Geography Textbooks ofmiddle school with time as the main line are analyzed, the development of geographyeducation after the founding of China is divided into five periods:1949--1957--aperiod of prosperity of geographic education; geography education during the period of1976--19911976decline; geography education development during the recoveryperiod of1992--2000geography development; the revitalization of education during the period of2001to date; geography education development innovation period. Insummary, induction and analysis of time sequence of each period of middle schoolgeography textbooks in marine education teaching content evolution characteristics.The third part is mainly on the basis of analysis on the change of teaching in themiddle school geography teaching marine education, find out the reasons of theteaching content of middle school geography education since the founding of theocean.The fourth part through the analysis of marine education teaching in the middleschool teaching material cannot achieve the expected effect in the actual teaching,discusses the existing problems in the middle school geography education.The fifth part according to the reasons and problems of marine education teachingcontent of middle school geography textbooks since the founding of new China indevelopment, put forward the feasible development of marine geography teachingsuggestions.The main content of the sixth part summarizes this study, lag of MarineGeography in China found that teaching content should be updated to improve themiddle school geography, marine education and teaching content, strengthening theconstruction of teachers’ team.
