A Study On The Project Management Of The Chinese Sports Delegation’s Anti-Doping Work In International Competition

Sport as an important part of social culture accelerated the process of globalization with the modern Olympic Movement. While the rising of our country’s position in the international community, the sports plays an more important role in the world sports stage, we also get more chances to participate in, bid and organize the international competitions.Sports development also brings the new challenges of sports ethics. Doping is a very prominent one of issues emerged from the social and sports development. Many countries have taken various measures in the study of doping, our country always insist on the anti-doping stand and advocate civilized sport. By establishing a system of laws and regulations against doping and making them continuously improving, setting up a unified administrative system for anti-doping, paying attention to anti-doping education and taking the strict doping test, over the hard work in the past twenty years, our anti-doping work get good results.At the present, the problem of doping is not only a medical problem, but also a social problem, and has a great relationship with national prestige and image. So it is necessary to find out an efficient method in anti-doping work when Chinese sports delegation participates in an international competition.The article analyzes the Chinese sports delegation’s anti-doping work from the view of the project management, the Chinese sports delegation’s anti-doping work not only has the general characteristics of a project, such as a clear goal, constraint resource and professional, but has its particularity, anti-doping work is an extremely complex system engineering, relating to different national departments, many levels of government and various sports organizations. It requires a long period of research and continuous practice. In the actual operation of the anti-doping work, the work’s task is large and it has a limiting time, also unexpected events can occur at any time. The project management process can be divided into initiating, planning, executing, controlling, closing and evaluating. The process groups interrelate with each other and each one has the influence on the other.The article suggests that:1, In order to ensure the orderly conducting of the anti-doping work and successfully achieve the target, government should continue to play the leading, coordinating and supervising role in the Chinese sports delegation’s anti-doping work.2, Considering establish the Committee of Experts on the Chinese sports delegation’s participating in international competitions anti-doping work, to play its role in decision-making and consultation.3, In the end of the anti-doping work, paying attention to the summary of the work, continuing to improve the working process.
