governance of doping problem,among which setting up severe punishment as the main measures,and through a long time and high standard of the renovation has obtained good effects,but with the development of The Times,the alienation of progress of science and technology,The problem of doping has shown a new trend of spreading to social sports,school sports,large competitions to small competitions and so on,which brings more severe challenges to the control of doping.In the face of the new characteristics of the spread of doping,if still copy the original governance method will not be able to achieve the ideal results,so the adoption of new measures is particularly important,and anti-doping education is the "plan for a rainy day",but also the act of "better late",play its function will play an important role in the governance of doping problem in our country.In recent years,the emphasis on anti-doping education has been increasing.Anti-doping Regulations promulgated by The State Council in 2004 put forward corresponding requirements for anti-doping education in Article 5,Article 18 and Article 29.On January 1,2015,the State General Administration of Sport promulgated and implemented Anti-doping Administrative Measures,which listed anti-doping publicity and education as a chapter,and further detailed the requirements of anti-doping education.In April 2020,China Anti-Doping Center issued the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Anti-Doping Education(hereinafter referred to as the Detailed Rules),which not only put forward the principles,guidelines,purposes and objectives of anti-doping education in detail,but also clarified the subject of anti-doping education and its working standards,and conducted assessment and evaluation.And anti-doping education as the most predictable and the most powerful preventive measures against doping,its importance is obviously self-evident.Youth athletes are younger,the correct values have not yet been established,they are susceptible to the influence of other relevant personnel,are more susceptible to the erosion of doping than adults,and youth athletes are an important cornerstone of the future development of sports in our country,so we should educate them on anti-doping,cultivate their awareness of anti-doping,help them build an anti-doping defense line psychologically,It will also have important practical significance to ensure the healthy development of youth sports and positive sports development atmosphere in Shanghai.As a national economic center and a more perfect and advanced development of sports industry,Shanghai is an important part of sports in our country,where hundreds of international and domestic large-scale events are held every year and tens of millions of people participate in sports activities.To ensure its healthy and positive sports atmosphere will have profound influence on the development of sports in our country at the same time.Based on this,this paper uses literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,interviews and other research methods,starting from the perspective of young athletes in Shanghai,Shanghai young athletes and other relevant personnel as the investigation object,to investigate the status quo of anti-doping education for young athletes in Shanghai.According to the results of the investigation,the existing problems of anti-doping education for young athletes in Shanghai are analyzed,and the causes of the problems are explored.On this basis,the corresponding strategies and suggestions are put forward,and suggestions are made for the improvement of the effect of anti-doping education for young athletes in Shanghai.The study found the following: limited anti-doping education coverage for young athletes in Shanghai;lack of completeness and adequate targeting of anti-doping education content;Young athletes have difficulty in acquiring anti-doping knowledge and are not highly motivated to receive anti-doping education;lack of adequate funding for anti-doping education;Anti-doping education professionals struggle to keep up with demand.In response to the problem,the following optimization strategies are proposed:expanding the depth and breadth of anti-doping education and expanding the coverage of anti-doping education;Improve the content of anti-doping education for young athletes,and strengthen the relevance and integrity of the content;broadening access and forms of anti-doping education;expanding access to anti-doping education funding and promoting rational use of funds;Train more anti-doping education talents to ensure the normalization of education. |
