Research On International Anti Doping Organization System

Doping is always a serious issue in the field of sports,it will have a severe effect on athletes health,moral and public health and security all over the world.The problem of doping is going far beyond the sports circle,and involving many fields.Globalization of Anti Doping required signed-up global strategy.The solution lied on the fellowship and cooperation of relevant international organizations and governments,instead of single group or country.It is necessary to establish and improve a system of International Anti Doping organization,in order to fight against any doping deregulation,and defend for fair play.The study explored from the construction of International Anti Doping Organization,state the establish and reality and finally lead to a conclusion.The system of World Anti Doping Organization is unique and effective for solving global doping problem because of presence of all kinds of governments,governmental organizations and non-governmental organizations worldwide.Especially WADA,RADO playing a bigger part in the system.,which seem to be health and sustainable for global doping strike.The improving of the system will also improving the efficiency of International Anti Doping Organization.This study focus on the system research of International Anti Doping organization.Starting with the development,the reality of the situation,according to the basic concept of International Anti Doping policy,and regulations defining the system.Study shows: the system of International Anti Doping organization is special,is an important system for solve international universally applicable doping problem,the structure of the International Anti Doping organization system is introduced,and the main body of the International Anti Doping organization system and its relationship are discussed.This study describes the ideal of International Anti Doping organization system basic characteristic,put forward the system of International Anti Doping organization should be improved coordination to principles,rules,and specific countermeasures.In the light of the analysis of important institutions such as World Anti Doping Agency(WADA),UNESCO(UNSECO)and International Anti Doping organization system and "World Anti Doping regulations" and other laws and regulations.The research proved:the ideal of International Anti Doping Agency organization system should be more perfect,more balanced development,more cooperative,the participation of the objective needs to adapt to the global governance system.
