Junior High School is an important stage in a children’s mental and physical development. So the junior secondary education is particularly important for the students in the entire education period.Whether the junior high pupil can control themselves in a right way or not is directly affect their development in the future. Training the students’ correct self management ability is not only the need of students’ personality development, but also a necessary condition for social advancement. In the progress of the society demands constantly cultivate moral, intellectual, physical all-round the development of talent, it can become a main force for the Chinese dream, and be able to push the society forward. The researches at home and abroad have proved that the combination of the self-management theory and the reform of secondary school education are of vital importance. Junior high school teachers can further clear the ways and methods to achieve self management practice, which can provides exploration and practice for self management in the future.The thesis consists of four parts:The first part describes the background and purpose of the research, as well as the theoretical and practical significance of the research. And briefly introduces the related research about high school students’self-management capacity at home and abroad, and puts forward the research ideas and research methods.In the second part, author discusses the basic features, the role and significance of self-management. Theoretical basis of self-management was introduced, which can further help educators to be more scientific and comprehensive understand the theory of self-management and make teachers understand the importance and necessity of self-management so as to provide guidance for junior high school students’ self-management.In the third part, this paper focuses on secondary school students’ self-management and makes an analysis of the problems, as well as analyzes the causes of problems. Research among secondary school students found that the questions are the loss of self-management awareness and the lack of self-management. The reasons for those issues including schools, families, and students themselves.The fourth part, it puts forward some suitable measures for junior high school students on the basis of the analysis of the self management. Such as, pay attention to cultivate students’independent consciousness, train their self management accomplishment as soon as possible. Changing education idea and strengthen the teachers’ability. Adapting to the needs of promoting self management and improving the ideological understanding, improve teachers’ moral education reforms in self-consciousness and firmness. Enhancing the accumulation of theory and improve the scientific and effective implementation of the reform of moral education. Innovation mechanism, using the class to strengthen students’ self-management, changing ideas, improving teachers’ team construction, regulate behavior, improve the transparency of classroom management, foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses, stimulate the self-management of the students’ interest in learning, contracted responsibility, improve the junior middle school students’ sense of ownership, and create a good self management environment.
