As quality education, innovative education and implementation of new curriculum reform, reform teaching methods, to train talents with individuality and innovation is the basic requirement of modern social development, how to cultivate the contemporary social needs of youth?Cultivate junior middle school students’ management is to promote person’s full scale, important and effective way to increase the self comprehensive quality.Autonomous management is a process of from heteronomy to self-discipline, in order to junior high school students their own development needs, through the guidance of teachers and reasonable and the suggestion, according to students’ understanding of their own individual level, training junior high school students self-management, let to the realization of the maximum independent development of students, help them to adapt to the fierce competition of the social environment in the future.Now, however, the junior middle school students are mostly only children, they grew up in family care and dote on, after entering junior high school, don’t know how to independent management, lack of self-knowledge, autonomous learning ability is weak, lack of self management time, to know the variation of autonomous management gradually exposed.So, how to cultivate junior high school students’ autonomous management is particularly important, reasonable arrangement of students of three early in life, let them by autonomous management comprehensive improve their own quality, their comprehensive development, to lay a solid foundation for future development.Ideas of this article: class autonomous management status- problems cause analysis, reasonable Suggestions.First of all, Taking a class H junior high school as a case study, through the observation of the two years the class autonomous management and research, carries on the analysis about the present situation of students’ management, from the society, school, family, and the teacher in charge and the student own five aspects to analyze reasons, and puts forward some reasonable Suggestions to use for reference to cultivate junior middle school students’ management.
