| Middle school is a key period for children’s physical and psychological development.and it is also the best time to cultivate students’ self-management ability.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to cultivate middle school students’ self-learning management abilityIn this study,278 middle school students from a schools in Guangzhou were selected as the objects of investigation.Meanwhile,more than 20 teachers and parents were interviewed by interview method.Design a questionnaire survey from four aspects: junior high school students’ self-management cognition,self-goal and planning ability,self-regulation ability,and self-management evaluation.The current situation and existing problems of middle school students’ self-learning management ability were discussed.Research has found that the main problems with middle school students’ self-management ability currently include: insufficient attention paid to self-management ability,weak management awareness,unclear self-goals and planning,unstable self-regulation ability,and unscientific self-evaluation ability.Therefore,this study analyzes the reasons for the above problems from the perspectives of schools,teachers,families,and students themselves.The main reasons for the school are the lack of emphasis on cultivating self-management abilities among junior high school students and the lack of a good self-management campus environment.Teachers do not attach great importance to cultivating middle school students’ self-management abilities.Family reasons are mainly reflected in the weak role of parents’ role models in self-management,parents’ lack of awareness of cultivating children’s self-management ability,and parenting style is too extreme;The main reasons for the students are their high internal needs and strong dependence.Based on the attribution analysis of the above issues,this article proposes targeted strategies and suggestions for cultivating middle school students’ self-learning management ability.Schools should instill a sense of self-management through school activities;Create a good school education environment for cultivating students’ self-management abilities.In terms of teachers,we should raise awareness and actively cultivate students’ self-management abilities;Emphasize guiding students to set correct goals and learn to plan their lives;Properly guiding students to engage in self-regulation;Multiple evaluation models promote the cultivation of students’ self-management abilities.Parents should build a family model with self-management abilities;Set an example and become a role model for children’s self-management;Grasp the degree of authority and democracy,establish a democratic and harmonious family atmosphere,appropriately encourage the efforts of junior high school students,and improve children’s self-efficacy;Students themselves should also improve their self-awareness ability;Set clear goals;Learn to establish effective time management. |
