Abstract:Nowadays the emergence of the’problem student’ in Junior stage, to some extent, is as the result of the weakness or the lake of self-management ability. Self-management skills are what educate use to consciously and objectively control and change their minds and behavior according to the three dimensions of social objectives in social, knowledge and time,behavior and psychological self-management. Only those who possess the self-management ability will be able to become a truly autonomous person. Junior stage is critical to the growth of the students and it is not only the develop period of character,but also key cultivation period of self-management ability.Self-management skills play an very important role in the growth and development of students in middle school and are the internal strong motivation of improving their over-all ability and comprehensive qualities. Therefore, the cultivation and improvement of self-management skills of middle school students is an urgent issue to be concerned and solved,and has very important theoretical and practical value.The writer is currently working in a middle school located in Ruzhou and has more than four years of class management experience.She deeply felt the big problem of self-management of the local junior students and the performance of their self-management skills which still remain in a spontaneous state and requires to be improved.This paper is based on the research of the current status of self-management ability of junior students in Ruzhou and did attribution analysis and thinking from two dimensions,the students and the talent development scheme of schools through literature data, questionnaires and interviews.The paper consists of four parts.The first part is Introduction, including the reason for choosing the topic and the research value,literature review, the core concept determination,theoretical fundamental of research,the methods,difficulties and innovations.The second part of the questionnaire and interview,show the current status of junior students in Ruzhou in the form of charts by four levels,from staying and non-staying type, academic performance,gender to family backgrounds. Overall, the self-management ability of junior students still remains at a low level and current self-management ability of staying type students is in a worrying situation.The self-management ability of female is better than male and the ability is strongly influenced by family background.The third part did attribution analysis of the current status of self-management ability of junior students in Ruzhou from two dimensions, the students and the talent development scheme of schools.The main role of students has not yet been fully performed and the talent development scheme is under anomie. The fourth part two dimensional examinations on the self-management ability of junior students in Ruzhou to fully develop their role and the’student-oriented’ objective of talent development scheme.The Conclusion includes the summary and the evaluation of the research and the prospect of problems. |
