Guided learning plan is a design scheme of "combination of teaching and learning" which can promote the teacher-student interaction and students’ autonomy, cooperation, cooperative, and exploratory study by teachers’ collective or personal research and design with students’ participation, and its class period or teaching contents were chosen by teachers in order to achieve certain learning objectives under the instruction of new curriculum ideas. It is students’ "route map" for self-directed learning, which favorable to enhance the efficiency of learning, and the carrier of independent cooperative study, which is favorable to change studying methods, and is the navigator of active participation, also favorable to cultivate comprehensive capacities, also is a "booster" which is favorable to inspire innovative awareness. It emerged as the the requirements of the time in new curriculum reform, and used in ideological politics lessons teaching extensively.After investigate and study, it follows that the application of guided learning plan of ideological politics lessons are generally and rational, and students’ recognition and overall profits are considerable, which is effective in various aspects, such as helping students to enhance the efficiency of learning, changing learning style, grasping basic knowledge and to cultivate comprehensive capacity, and the comparison of before and after using are obvious. However, the investigate and study also reflected the application of guided learning plan of ideological politics lessons exists defeat: such as the students’ interest in learning, the capability of understanding and participating in social life are weak; the teachers evaluating mode are simple, and do not pay attention to students’ all-round development; The students’ study has not accordance with textbooks; the exploration of cooperation in class becomes a mere formality.Its reasons are coming from the teachers and the school, as well as from the students. Therefore, the school shall formulate effective management and evaluation mechanism for guided learning plan, and enhance campus culture construction in order to improve the effectiveness of the application of guided learning plan of ideological politics lessons; the teachers shall improve both design and application aspects of guided learning plan of ideological politics lessons; the design shall close to life so that to ensure the effectiveness of guided learning plan, also need to combine the situation of students’ class to conduct hierarchical design in order to ensure hierarchy of guided learning plan. The application of guided learning plan shall conduct scientific evaluation to pay attention to the degree of relaxation, and to grasp the subjects, and clings to teaching material; the students also shall play their own subjective initiative.
