Chinese contemporary society has experienced 30 years of reform and opening up, the whole social and economic patterns, cultural environment, social environment, ideological structure of all aspects is full of change and uncertainty. In this process, the working group and the change of structure Chinese has also brought a drastic change, people’s values in different industries, different working background have made a huge difference.Cultural characteristics and macroeconomic China makes China society under the acquisition of personal work life balance and opportunity of Western society has significant differences. Reciprocity is Chinese in social culture belief in Confucius, Confucian culture and Buddhism culture under the influence of Chinese, members of the society are more eager to get positive work family intervention, tend to get positive charge from the organization or support, so as to enhance their job satisfaction, reduce the pressure, to sum up, decided to study work family enrichment.With the development of society, social members can not only engaged in a good job, also requires the coordination of family relationships, employees how to balance these two characters have undergone extensive changes. At the same time, but also pay attention to the social values and cultural changes, the majority of members of society, cognition and understanding of the family also have a huge change from the past, usually help the general nature of the organization has not been able to meet the staff of the organization in providing family support expectation, so the organization can provide more flexibility to support to the employee. This support is between the informal organizations and formal organizations, the management and balance of work and family supervisor support has become a very important research direction. The importance of family support supervisor behavior thus emerge, based on this background, this study attempts to save resources from the theory to explore the type of subjective behavior out of family support can play a role in this process and operability, but also can predict the effects of family support type charge behavior on job satisfaction. The results though explore the data were collected through questionnaire survey, Shanghai, Tianjin, Qingdao, the main research area of Fuzhou, the fast consumer goods industry a total of 600 employee display:1,family support can significantly predict the behavior type in charge of job satisfaction.2,family support competent behavior and work family enrichment is positively related to the type of family support, supervisor behavior significantly prediction of work family enrichment.3, research work and family gain and job satisfaction has no correlation, using hierarchical regression method, show that the work family enrichment and job satisfaction is positively related to work, family gain can significantly predict satisfaction.4, by using hierarchical regression analysis results showed that, the work family enrichment and played a part intermediary role in family support between executive behavior and job satisfaction of two variables.Finally, based on the previous research and proof, this study found that family support work to gain influence is a prediction, intervention, adjustment mechanism, can play a positive role in the practical application, at the same time, this study also put forward relevant assumptions on the part of the need to improve.
