Support for supervisor research there have been many, family supportive supervisor behaviors (FSSB) is also increasingly becoming an important research topic in the current administration, FSSB intervention can help employees reduce work-family conflict, promote work-family balance. However, rapid economic development and the increasingly fierce competition makes the General level of health of employees decreased, besides, organizations and supervisor care less of employees’ health level, so this study border flexibility to explore the finer level FSSB relationship with employee health and the corresponding mechanisms.Research by questionnaire, select provinces such as Hubei, Hunan, Shandong, Anhui’s enterprises staff as research subjects, and through questionnaires in the various provinces in China, a total of 363 samples. Regression analysis indicates that, following the control of independent variables, family-support Director can significantly improve employee health, flexibility in FSSB and played a mediating role between the health levels.Second, drawing on foreign intervention program ideas and success stories and to explore family-support Director behavior intervention program research. Developed to interfere with supervisor’s behaviour-oriented intervention strategies, by tracing the intervention, self-monitoring and feedback, share ways to increase family-support Director, thus improving employee health. Provides a basis for implementation of the intervention.
