In my overseas teaching internship, I investigated two Chinese teachers and25students in Kyrgyzstan-Turkey Manas University, I also attended and recorded manyoral Chinese classes, many problems were found, such as the teacher’s introduction ofa class is too causal, can’t balance explanation and practice, improper questioning, ignoring the end part of a class, etc.According to the problems above, I put forward the corresponding microteaching skills: introduction skills, explanation skills, question skills and summaryskills, etc., and carry on them in teaching practice. The proper use of those four skillswould improve students’ oral Chinese proficiency in less time, especially the scenesimulation role-play offers great help for students’ communicative ability and passageexpression ability.Meanwhile, Chinese teachers need to select the content of courses, use the proper organization and management to make the teaching progress stable. And offer timely evaluation about students’ autonomous learning tasks during the endpart of the class.
