Teaching Design Of "Protecting Mother Earth " For Intermediate Oral Chinese Class

Oral teaching is an important part of teaching Chinese as a foreign language,which is closely related to the communication ability of Chinese learners.The Confucius Institute of Dodoma University offers oral Chinese courses for Chinese majors and attaches great importance to the training of learners’ oral skills.In order to improve the overall oral Chinese level of Chinese majors and meet their communicative needs,teachers need to constantly explore methods suitable for oral English teaching.The nine events of instruction is helpful to change teachers’ traditional teaching habits and refine each stage of the teaching process.The author hopes that this teaching method can be used to the teaching design of Protecting Mother Earth,improve the teaching status of Oral Chinese course in Confucius institutes,provide new ideas for the teaching of spoken Chinese for Confucius institute teachers,and provide merit for the teaching of spoken Chinese in Africa.The specific research is mainly composed of five parts: introduction,introduction of the reasons for the topic,related research review,research objectives,content and methods;The theoretical foundation part mainly discusses the theoretical basis of the intermediate spoken Chinese teaching design based on the nine events of instruction,including the nine events of instruction theory and the teaching theory of spoken Chinese as a foreign language.The teaching background part analyzes the teaching environment,the teaching object and the teaching situation.The teaching design of Protecting Mother Earth is guided by the nine stages of the nine events of instruction.In the teaching effect evaluation and reflection part,evaluated and reflected on this instructional design.
