Oral Chinese teaching is an important part in teaching of Chinese as a second language(TCSL),it has a close connection with oral communicative competence of Chinese language learners.Students should take effective training in Chinese oral class to get methods and ability for free expression in real situation.The author is working as a Chinese teacher in Confucius Institute at Addis Ababa University in Ethiopia and undertaking oral class teaching of students in Chinese major for 2years.The thesis mainly analyzes intermediate oral class of TCSL,based on the discipline theory of TCSL.The thesis takes the students of Chinese major in Confucius Institute at Addis Ababa University in Ethiopia as the teaching object.It aims to explore a teaching pattern suitable for intermediate oral class to Chinese learners and puts it into oral class teaching in the end.The thesis includes 4 chapters.Chapter one is the introduction,which gives a brief introduction about purpose of selecting the topic,research methods,research summary and related concepts;Chapter Two analyzes the background of teaching design,especially teaching design background,problems and related research;Chapter Three analyzes the part of teaching design,it mainly introduces design thoughts and principles of intermediate oral class teaching and shows the teaching design in the way of teaching plan;Chapter Four is the summary,it concludes problems in the research and gains in the writing of thesis,it also looks forward to the future leaning and research.
