Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Acute Simple Cholecystitis Of Liver Syndrome With The Combination Of Self-made Li Dan Tang And Tinidazole

Objective: To this topic by observing the cholagogue decoction combined for th e clinical curative effect of treatment of acute simple cholecystitis indications,to evalu ate the joint cholagogue decoction for indications for the treatment of acute simple ch olecystitis treatment effect,in order to provide clinical optimization scheme for the tre atment of the disease.Methods: This topic according to diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria were collect ed 60 cases conform to the requirements of the patients with acute simple cholecystiti s,cases from the first affiliated hospital of changchun university of Chinese medicine,all patients were to fight infection,nutritional support,according to their respective c ondition foundation treatment such as gastrointestinal decompression.The control group only give the foundation treatment,the treatment group is based on the control group used the quasi cholagogue decoction nasal feeding;Compare two groups before and after treatment in patients with patients' signs,symptoms,white blood cell count,gallbl adder ultrasound performance,analysis to determine the clinical curative effect.Result: Clinical research results show that,after 7 days after treatment,the treatm ent group in improving patients' signs,symptoms,white blood cell count,gallbladder ultrasound performance were better than that in control group,after statistics analysis,the difference was statistically significant meaning(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The treatment group and control group in the treatment of acute sim ple cholecystitis are effective,the treatment group than the control group is obvious c urative effect.
