Clinical Observation Of Self-made Kuijie Dcoction In The Treatment Of UC Of The Liver Depression And Spleen Insufficiency Complicated With Dapm-heat Syndrome

Objective: Through observing the clinical curative effect of Self-made in treating ulcerative colitis of liver-depression and spleen-insufficiency complicated with dapm-heat syndrome,to explore and study the clinical curative effect of ulcerative colitis,and to provide a new way to reduce the recurrence of ulcerative colitis.Methods: From April 2017 to April 2018,patients with ulcerative colitis in accordance with liver depression and spleen deficien cycomplicated with dapm-heat syndrome were strictly collected in the department of spleen and stomach Diseases,traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Xiaoyi City,Shanxi Province.The patients were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(n=32)and control group(n=31).In the treatment group(white peonyroot 30 g orange peel 10 g saposhnikovia divaricata 15 g Baizhu 15 g kudzu root 20 g radix scutellariae 10 g liquorice 10 g huanglian 10 g sophora flavescens ait 10 g herba portulacae30 g dandelion 10 g cinnamomum cassia 6g)and mesalazine enteric coated tablets twice a day early before meals and before dinner;Western medicine mesalazine enteric solution tablet is 0.25 g,each time 4 tablets,3 times a day,Chinese medicine and western medicine for 4 weeks.The patients in the control group were given only mesalazine enteric-coated tablets,taking the same method as the treatment group,and taking them continuously for 4 weeks.After 4 weeks,the total effective rate and the improvement of enteroscopy before and after treatment were observed.Results: 1 The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5%,the total effective rate of the control group was 77.4%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant;2 Compared with the results of enteroscopy,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.3 By comparing the total score of abdominal pain,diarrhoea,tenesmus and mucus blood stool,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating the effect of Self-made on ulcerative colitis of the liver depression and spleen insufficiency complicated with dapm-heat syndrome was remarkable.Conclusion: The curative effect of Self-made on ulcerative colitis of liverdepression and spleen-insufficiency complicated with dapm-heat syndrome is remarkable.The clinical symptoms and mucous membrane condition of the patients have been improved and the recurrence rate is less.It is worthy of our further clinical research and popularization.
