Study On The Integration Path Of Health Care Resources For The Old In The Community Of University Under The Perspective Of Social Work

With the aging of the population and family empty nest trend intensifies, the problem of health care service for the elderly in our country has become more and more prominent.Community health care service as the basic link to realize the full coverage of primary health care services, it plays an irreplaceable role in meeting the needs of the old health care service.With the development of higher education, the number of retired stuff in colleges and universities is becoming more and more large, meanwhile university community health care needs of the old are also increasing. Lan Da community as a university community has two sides of support system from the community and school for the old health care services in the community.But through the questionnaire survey and the interview, the author found although the community of Lan Da university has abundant health service resources, these resources lack of effective integration, have not been fully utilized. And there are many problems and deficiencies in the supply of the old health care services for the old. This paper’s purpose is to provide reference for the integration path of health care resources for the old in the community and the social work embedded in the old health care services in university community. In this paper, based on the analysis of the old health care needs, health care resources and its existing problems and potential resources, to explore the path of the integration of health care resources for the old in the community of university under the perspective of social work, to construct the support network of health care services for the old in the community, to conceive and design a supply pattern of medical service, preventive health care service and extended service for the old in the community.
