Analysis Of Community Epidemic Prevention And Control Work From The Perspective Of Community Governance

In 2020,the outbreak of new crown pneumonia quickly swept through China,so that people ready to enter the new year quickly into a wartime state,the whole country concentrated efforts to overcome the difficulties.In order to restore social order to the greatest extent,it has been proved by practice that grass-roots communities play an important role as the first line of joint prevention and control,and social work,as an important professional force that can not be ignored,actively participates in epidemic prevention and control,and occupies an important position in assisting the community to do a good job in epidemic prevention and control.Therefore,based on practical experience,how to give full play to the professional advantages of social work in the field of community response to sudden public health events in the future has become an important theoretical and practical subject.In order to understand how social work based on the community in sudden public health events to play their own professional strength,this paper takes a new citizen community in Hubei Province as the main research body,selects 7 community staff as the interview object,but also collects practical data through practice.In the course of prevention and control,the community lacks the participation of community residents in the main body participation,the perfect emergency system construction in the construction of system norms,the lack of professional resources in the allocation of resources,and social work,as a discipline to solve social problems,can play its professional strength in dealing with sudden public health events through the theory of social workers' personal and social work methods,and then,From the perspective of social work,this paper discusses the strategies that the community can deal with the above difficulties in dealing with sudden public health events,including establishing mutual aid network to excavate the subjective initiative of residents,establishing emergency management system in advance and after the event with the help of social work practice mechanism,and fully excavating community resources from the perspective of advantage.
