The Exploration Of Medical Social Work Service Mode In Urban Community

With the country promoting to increase the degree of the social security system, socialwelfare service delivery in all levels is constantly advancing. Primary health care system is animportant part of the social security system. The development and contribution of health caresystem also get concerned from scholars in each discipline. At the same time, social workhave been to enter a lot of substantive areas, and get a certain results, that shows it can makesa certain contribution to the delivery of social welfare. Sociology and social work scholarsresearch the situation of social work into the various fields of medical system. But mostresearch follow micro-level closely, or some research focus on the development of medicalsocial work at the macro level. The research at the community levels hardly any. Thus thisarticle’s discourse starts from the community health service stations level in the grass-rootscommunity health service system.This research is based on grass-roots community health service stations, descript Wcommunity health service system architecture, analysis should function of grass-rootscommunity health service stations in the community; and collect relevant information aboutthe status of the service and functioning; using the structure functionalism theory to find theshortcomings of community health services in the functioning; medical social work methodsare used to compensate for the lack of structure and function of W community health services,to explore the social work service model in medical community and health services.The full text is divided into five parts: the first part of the thesis, the background andstatus quo of research and research methods are described; the second part of the papersinvolved in the core concept-medical social work to define, and clarify research thinkingway and theoretical framework; the third shows the current situation of community healthservice stations, describe the functional analysis, and preliminary show service status of acommunity station in the system of primary health care services; the forth part introducesmedical social work’s intervention, shows the medical social work service model envisaged;fifth part of the previously described to the conclusion wrap-up.
