Exploration Of Medical Social Work System Under The Mode Of Community Of Oral Health Care

With the improvement of modernization level,the public attention to oral health are also growing,the current oral preventive work also is facing from the traditional biological treatment mode to-psychology-social medical model transformation,and the medical affair social work intervention can optimize the configuration and use of community resources,and can in a variety of ways to carry out the services in the field of community oral health,the use of the community oral health resources rationally.In order to achieve the internal integration of community oral health service and medical social worker service,two aspects were studied in this paper.The first study is to explore the community-based model of oral health care.Starting from the existing resources of the community,the location of community oral health care is fixed in the community,and the scope of health care services is fixed on the residents' oral health care and problem prevention,paying more attention to the "prevention" of oral diseases by community oral health care services.Study 2 is for medical social work in the oral health community mode of management and service system,the research on medical social work in the oral health community mode of management and service system,perfect the medical social work in community health care services within the scope of management and service system,promote multi-level and pluralistic system of medical social work services.In this paper,the oral health under the theme of community health is taken as the entry point,and the ecosystem theory and behavioral change theory as the guidance,the participatory observation method,interview method and questionnaire survey method are adopted to carry out the research.Through the establishment of a cross-professional compound team in the community,the process and structure of oral health services are optimized to explore how to carry out the community-based model of oral health care.To explore the management system of oral medical social workers through the management of the training mode,service content and assessment of oral medical social workers in community oral health services.In the service system of oral medical social workers,the goals of awareness of oral health care,daily oral health care behavior and prevention of oral health problems are achieved through triage,education and application of three stages.The analysis of the interview data of community service providers shows that the operation of the community-based model of oral health can effectively serve the field of oral health in the community.The evaluation of the process and results of the service development showed that the intervention of oral medical social workers had significant changes in residents' oral health knowledge and beliefs,but the changes in residents' oral health behaviors were not obvious.Thus concluded that a system by medical social worker withinthe community to carry out the oral health community model,can be effective for oral health service team construction,can urge residents to develop correct oral health awareness,to form a correct concept of oral health,but residents of oral health behavior and maintain the obvious enough.
