This article has very important theoretical and practical value in the exploration and research of social work intervention in community mental health service mode.This paper focuses on how social workers get involved in community mental health service model.Under the guidance of recovery theory,it focuses on the main practices of community mental health service model at home and abroad.On-the-spot investigation is used to study the current situation,existing problems and causes of community mental health service mode in Shenzhen.Put forward the plan design goal of social work intervention in community mental health service mode under the recovery concept,and under the guidance of recovery concept,combine the author's intervention in community mental disorder patients to community rehabilitation case service;Social workers' intervention in community mental health service mode under the concept of rehabilitation.Through research,this paper believes that the community mental health service model has achieved certain results,and there is still much room for development.It is necessary to continuously develop and perfect the community mental health service model involving China's localized social work.
