Pingwei Capsules Combined With Flupentixol Melitracen Sheet Clinical Study Of Liver And Spleen Deficiency Treatment Of Functional Dyspepsia

Objective: Clinical trials, observe Pingwei capsules combined with flupentixol melitracen in the treatment of functional dyspepsia liver spleen Syndrome clinical efficacy and safety.Methods: Select 80 cases of liver spleen deficiency test patients met the inclusion criteria functional dyspepsia, were derived from December 2014 to December 2015 in the Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine University of Gansu Digestive Diseases Clinics.80 test cases are selected in December 2014 to December 2015 in Gansu province university hospital of traditional Chinese medicine spleen and stomach diseases for the clinic.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group were given Pingwei capsules,oral, 2.0g each time(0.5g/tablets,The original medicinal herbs1.283 g/tablets) three times a day, half an hour after the meal, add flupentixol melitracen sheet,oral, one tablet(flupentixol 0.5mg, melitracen 10mg) each time, twice a day, half an hour before breakfast and lunch. The control group was only treated with flupentixol melitracen sheet, regimens with the treatment group. Two groups of tests have been four weeks as a course of treatment. Respectively, after four weeks of total integral, symptom scores, the overall effect, Hamilton anxiety scale(Hamiltion anxiety scale, HAMA) scores, Hamilton depression scale(Hamiltion depression scale, HAMD) score and EGG parameters were compared. Finally, data applications SPSS17. 0 statistical software for analysis. Ratings data using rank sum test, count data using the x2 test, measurement data using“t” test.Results: ①The two groups of patients showed no obvious difference in age, gender,duration of symptoms before treatment and the total score and HAMA, HAMD score, and EGG parameters significant, comparable(P> 0.05);②Treatment group total effectiveness of95% to 80% is better than the control group(P <0.01); ③ After treatment, the patient’s symptoms of total score than before treatment were significantly improved(P <0.05), but the treatment group total integral improvement is better than the control group(P <0.05);④TCM syndrome scores between the two groups were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05), treatment group after treatment, abdominal pain, acid reflux, belching, abdominal threatened fullness, nausea, vomiting, anorexia eat less, loose stool 6 improve symptoms thanthe control group(P<0.05); in fatigue, there was no significant difference(P> 0.05); ⑤After four weeks, the two groups before and after treatment HAMD, HAMA scores were decreased,the treatment group is better than the control group(P <0.05); ⑥ After treatment, the two groups before and after comparison EGG parameters(P <0.05), between the two groups EGG parameters after treatment(P <0.05), it showed that both groups can improve gastric motility,treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion: Pingwei capsules combined with flupentixol melitracen sheet for liver disease functional dyspepsia liver spleen deficiency can improve the clinical main symptoms and improve depression anxiety state, no significant adverse reactions, safe and effective.
