Clinical Study On Flupentixol And Melitracen Tablets In Treatment Of Functional Dyspepsia

Objective: To briefly analyze and appraise the short term effect andside effects of Flupentixol and Melitraceen tablets combined withgastrokinetic agents and proton pump inhibitors in curing functionaldyspepsia complicating depression and anxiety.Methods:88cases of functional dyspepsia complicating anxiety anddepression patients were divided into two groups at random.The controlgroup (n=28) was taken orally motilium and rabeprazole. The test group（n=60）was taken orally Deanxit combined with motilium and rabeprazole.The course of treatment was4weeks. GSRS sores and HADS sores and theside effects before and after treatment were compared between the controlgroup and the test group.Results: GSRS sores and HADS sores before treatment had nostatistical difference between the control group and the test group, but thesores of GSRS and HADS in the test group were decreased as comparedwith the other with statistical difference （P=0.000） after4-weektreatment.30patients (50.0%)in the test group were cured,28patients (46.7%) had laxation to dyspepsia and depression and anxiety,2patients(3.3%)were ineffective, so the total efficiency was96.7%.In thecontrol group,only10patients(35.7%)had laxation,18patients(64.3%)wereineffective，the total efficiency was35.7%.The the total effective rate in thetest group were higher than those in the control group(P=0.000).12patiantsin the test group with thirst,constipation,dizziness and so on,but thesymptoms were mild and reversible.There be no severe adverse reaction.Conclusion: Flupentixol and Melitracen tablets combined withgastrokinetic agents and proton pump inhibitors in treating functionaldyspepsia complicating depression and anxiety has obvious short termeffects without significant side effects.It is worthy of drumbeatinginmedicine.
