Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Weisu Granule Combined With Flupentixol And Melitracen Tablets In The Treatment Of Functional Dyspepsia With Sleep Disorders

Background:Functional Dyspepsia(FD)is a common medical disease,often accompanied by sleep disorders and severely impaired quality of life.The present therapeutic effect is unsatisfactory and the recurrence rate is high.Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Weisu Granule combined with Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets in the treatment of FD with sleep disorders.Methods:134 cases of FD patients with sleep disorders were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of which was 67 cases.The treatment group was treated with Weisu Granule combined with Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets,and the control group was treated with Domperidone Tablets combined with Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets.The control group lost 4 cases,a total of130 cases were observed.Treatment for 8 weeks.The changes of clinical total response rate,symptom score and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score before and after treatment in the two groups were observed and the effect was evaluated.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with a significant difference(P < 0.05).The symptom scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than before treatment,and the decrease was more significant in the treatment group(P < 0.05).The PSQI score of the two groups decreased after treatment compared with that before treatment,and the PSQI score of the treatment group decreased more significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The adverse reactions in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion:The combination of weisu Weisu Granule and Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets in the treatment of FD with sleep disorders can significantly improve the symptoms of patients,and is significantly better than the control group in the relief of gastrointestinal symptoms and sleep disorders(Domperidone Tablets combined with Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets).The combination of Weisu Granule and Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets can improve the long-term curative effect in the treatment of FD with sleep disorders,reduce the recurrence rate.It has less adverse reactions and is safer to use.
