Clinical Observation Of Deanxit In The Treatment Of Functional Dyspepsia Accompanied By Anxiety And Depression

Objective: Discussion and research on the curative effect and clinical significance combined with Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets in the treatment of functional dyspepsia accompanied by anxiety and depression.Method: Appointing the patients from September 2011 to December 2015 visited in Weihai Economy and Technology Development Zone Hospital with digestive symptoms due to abdominal pain,abdominal distension and early satiety,and who had no organic lesions were detected by gastroscopy,and by the psychological CT examination performed to functional dyspepsia accompanied by anxiety and depression.A total of 72 cases,there were 29 males and 43 females,aged 17-68 years,with an average age of48.32±15.34 years.The selected patients met the following requirements:(1)the diagnostic criteria of functional dyspepsia in Rome III;(2)gastroscopy detected no organic lesions such as erosions,ulcers,and benign or malignant tumors of the stomach;(3)with the symptoms of satiety after meals,early satiety;(4)gastrointestinal symptoms scores greater than or equal to 4 points and be equal or greater than 1 point of psychological CT;(5)nearly 2weeks of antidepressant medication.36 cases each were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group and the comparison group,according to using the different therapeutic agents.The comparison group according to the different subtypes of patients with functional dyspepsia,by taking oral medicine(such as PPI,prokinetic drugs or the drug to eradicate Hp),besides,the experimental group had been given Flupentixol and Melitracen tablets for 4 weeks treatment.All the enrolled patients were tested in normal with routine blood and liver and kidney function before and after treatment.After the treatment,the statistics was that 36 people were involved in the experimental group,and 36 people in the comparison group.All the groups of personnel and their families were informed with experimental causes,test principle,test process and matters needing attention in the test process and possible adverse reactions,patients and their family members have expressed their understanding and agreed to enter into the group,and signed the group agreement.The psychological status score,gastrointestinal symptom score and gastrointestinal reduction rate were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and regards the reduction rate of gastrointestinal symptoms as the main criteria for the treatment of curative effect.And using SPSS 18 statistical software for analysis,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Results: Before treatment,the total score of gastrointestinal symptoms and emotional scores in the experimental group were 8.26±6.33,and 2.33±0.74,compared respectively with the comparison group by 8.64±6.23 and0.98±0.55,the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).After treatment,in the experimental group the total score of gastrointestinal symptoms was 3.88±0.22,2.14±0.29,and in the comparison group the score was 5.58±0.34,1.36 + 0.18,compared with before treatment the scores went down,but the decrease rate of the experimental group was greater than the comparison group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).In the experimental group,there were respectively 5 cases,16 cases,11 cases and 4 cases with complete remission,effective,markedly effective and invalid cases.In the comparison group,the number of effective,markedly effective and invalid cases was 2 cases,9 cases,12 cases and 13 cases.The total effective rate of the experimental group by 91.67%(32/36),which was significantly higher than the comparison group by 63.89%(23/36).The reduction rate of gastrointestinal symptoms(53.85%)in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the comparison group(31.18%),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The treatment for the patients with functional dyspepsia accompanied by anxiety and depression taken the treatment combined with Flupentixol and Melitracen tablets is effective,and the drug is safety,has good clinical application and popularization value.
