Objective To investigate Flupentixol melitracen piece (Deanxit)joint prokinetic drugs and proton pump inhibitor treatment offunctional dyspepsia clinical efficacy and safety, to providereference for the clinical treatment of the disease. Methods Functional gastrointestinal digestive outpatient department of internal medicine were associated with adverse symptoms of anxiety and depression in patients with 240 cases were randomly divided into routine treatment group (n=58 cases), Dai Lixin group (60 cases) and treatment group (n=122 cases), the treatment group was given conventional Domperidone Tablets and ray Bella with enteric coated tablets in the treatment group only use treatment, Dai Lixin, combined treatment group in the conventional treatment group therapy combined with Dai Lixin therapy, were treated for 4 weeks. Using gastrointestinal symptoms rating scale (GSRS) were gastrointestinalsymptoms assess changes in two groups of patients, the use of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (self-rating anxiety scale, SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale (self-rating depression scale, SDS) were two groups of patients after treatment to assess anxiety and depression to improve the situation. After treatment for each patient GSRS symptom score (symptom score), GSRS score (total score of symptoms), psychological status score, water load test (WLT), clinical efficacy, adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared and analyzed. Results Each group had not statistically significant gender and age of patients, disease duration between difference (P>0.05), comparable. Three groups of patients before treatment, the total symptom score, WLT results, SAS score and SDS score had no significant difference, no statistical significance (P>0.05), comparable. Before the treatment, postprandial fullness discomfort, early satiety, upper abdominal pain and upper abdominal burning four symptom scores of GSRS had no significant difference, no statistical significance (P>0.05), comparable. Three groups of patients after the symptoms after treatment score and symptom score were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.01),the combined treatment group decreased significantly than that in the conventional treatment group and control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The combined treatment group after treatment, the result of WLT increased significantly more than the conventional treatment group and control group, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05). The total efficiency of treatment was significantly better than conventional treatment group and control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The conventional treatment group after treatment, SAS score and SDS score were (47.6+2.7), (47.8+2.4), Deanxit group after treatment, SAS score and SDS score were (34.9+2.4), (35.8+2.5), combined treatment group after treatment, SAS score and SDS score respectively (34.7+2.3), (35.6+2.4) points. The combined treatment group SAS score and SDS score was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), but no significant difference compared with the control group (P>0.05).The conventional treatment group of 3 cases of insomnia, diarrhea, dizziness, dry mouth and throat discomfort in 1 cases, Deanxit group there were 2 insomnia, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth in 1 cases, combined treatment group had 5 cases of insomnia, diarrhea, dizziness, dry mouth and throat discomfort in 2 cases. All patients were mild reaction, without special treatment, disappeared in 3~5D after treatment. Follow up 3 months after the end of treatment was found in 15 cases, recurrence group routine treatment accounted for 25.86%; control group 14 cases of recurrence, accounting for 23.33%; the combined treatment group 10 cases of recurrence, accounting for 8.20%. The combined treatment group the recurrence rate was significantly lower than the conventional treatment group and control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The conventional treatment group for the treatment of very satisfactory in 32 cases,14 cases were satisfactory,12 cases were not satisfactory, the satisfaction rate was 83.64%; for the treatment of Deanxit group very satisfactory in 35 cases,20 cases were satisfactory,5 cases were not satisfactory, the satisfaction rate was 91.67%; the combined treatment group in the treatment of very satisfactory in 86 cases,34 cases were satisfied, not satisfied with 2 for example, the satisfaction rate of 98.36%. The group of treatment satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), but compared with the Dai Lixin group had no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion Flupentixol and melitracen tablets combined with prokinetic drugs and proton pump inhibitors in the treatment of functional dyspepsia with obvious curative effect, can effectively eliminate the gastrointestinal symptoms, significantly improve the psychological status of adverse psychiatric patients, and no serious adverse reaction, low recurrence rate, higher security.
