Effect Of Sinihewei Decoction Combined With Flupentixol And Melitracen Tablets In The Treatment Of Functional Dyspepsia (Liver Stomach Disharmony Syndrome)

Objective:Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Sinihewei decoction combined with Flupentixol melitracen tablets in the treatment of functional dyspepsia with anxiety and depression,and the TCM syndrome type of disharmony between liver and stomach,so as to provide new evidence for clinical treatment of similar diseases and further explore effective treatment methods.Method:According to Rome Ⅳ diagnostic criteria for functional dyspepsia and TCM diagnostic criteria for disharmony between liver and stomach,108 patients with functional dyspepsia with disharmony between liver and stomach were randomly divided into observation group 1(36 cases),observation group 2(36cases)and control group(36 cases)according to the principle of clinical trial 1:1:1.Observation group 1 was given self-made treatment Sinihewei decoction combined with Flupentixol melitracen tablets,the observation group2 was given sinihewei decoction,the control group was given Flupentixol melitracen tablets combined with domperidone,the three groups were treated for 4 weeks;the symptom score of functional dyspepsia,TCM syndrome score,HAMA(Hamilton Anxiety Scale)score,HAMD(Hamilton Depression Scale)score,single symptom score before and after treatment were compared Objective to evaluate the efficacy of sinihewei decoction combined with Flupentixol and melitracen tablets,and analyze it by spss23.0 software,The measurement data were expressed by mean plus minus standard deviation(χ ±s).According to whether the data obey normal distribution,the test method was selected.The samples in this study who obey normal distribution were compared between groups and within groups by t-test or analysis of variance.Those who don’t obey normal distribution were compared by nonparametric test.Different groups were compared by kruskar Wallis test or Mann Whitney U-test After comparison,Wilcoxon signed rank test was used,rank sum test was used for rank data,chi square test was used for count data,P<0.05 showed that the difference was statistically significant.result:1.Comparison of single symptom scores of functional dyspepsia:after treatment,the scores of postprandial discomfort,early satiety,epigastric pain,epigastric burning,belching and nausea in the three groups were significantly decreased,P<0.05.The scores of postprandial satiety,early satiety,epigastric pain,epigastric burning and belching in observation group1 were lower than those in observation group 2 and control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between observation group 2 and control group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in nausea symptom score among the three groups(P>0.05)2.Comparison of the total score of functional dyspepsia:the total score of the three groups decreased after treatment,with statistical difference(P<0.05),indicating that the three groups have curative effect.The total score of observation group 1 was significantly lower than that of observation group 2 and control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between observation group 2 and control group(P>0.05).3.Comparison of comprehensive total efficacy of functional dyspepsia:the total effective rate of observation group 1(traditional Chinese medicine+ western medicine)was 93.94%,which was higher than that of observation group2(pure traditional Chinese Medicine)75.00% and control group(pure Western Medicine)75.76%(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between observation group 2 and control group(P>0.05).4.Comparison of TCM single symptom scores:(1)comparison of main symptoms:after treatment,the scores of epigastric fullness or pain and hypochondriac fullness in the three groups were decreased(P<0.05).The two main symptom scores of observation group 1 were lower than those of observation group 2and control group(P<0.05),indicating that the curative effect of observation group 1 in improving epigastric fullness or pain and hypochondriac fullness was better than that of observation group 2 and control group.There was no significant difference in the two main symptom scores between the observation group 2 and the control group(P>0.05).(2)Comparison of secondary symptoms:after treatment,the scores of attack or aggravation,upset,good sigh and belching in three groups were decreased(P<0.05).The scores of upset and belching in observation group 1 were lower than those in observation group2 and control group(P<0.05),indicating that the improvement of upset and belching symptoms in observation group 1 was better than that in observation group 2 and control group.There was no significant difference among the three groups in the symptom scores of attack or aggravation and good sigh due to emotional distress(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the four Subsymptomatic scores between the observation group 2 and the control group(P>0.05).5.Comparison of total TCM syndrome scores: the total TCM syndrome scores of the three groups were decreased after treatment,with statistical difference(P<0.05),indicating that the three groups have curative effect.The total score of observation group 1 was lower than that of observation group2 and control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between observation group 2 and control group(P>0.05).6.Comparison of TCM syndrome efficacy:the total effective rate of observation group 1 was 93.94%,which was higher than that of observation group2(71.88%)and control group(75.76%).There was no significant difference between observation group 2 and control group(P>0.05).7.Comparison of HAMA and HAMD scores:after treatment,HAMA and HAMD scores of the three groups were decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the three groups were effective.The score of observation group 1 was lower than that of observation group 2 and control group(P<0.05),indicating that Sinihewei decoction combined with Flupentixol melitracen tablets can improve anxiety and depression better than that of Sinihewei decoction and Flupentixol melitracen tablets combined with domperidone.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Three groups of patients after treatment,functional dyspepsia symptom total score,TCM liver stomach disharmony syndrome total score,HAMA,HAMD scores were lower than before;by statistical analysis,observation group 1in reducing functional dyspepsia symptom total score,TCM syndrome total score,HAMA,HAMD scores were better than observation group 2 and control group,indicating that Sinihewei decoction combined with Flupentixol Conclusion:liquxin tablets can effectively treat patients with liver stomach disharmony type of functional dyspepsia with anxiety and depression.The results of this study are reliable.Sinihewei decoction combined with Flupentixol melitracen tablets can effectively treat functional dyspepsia patients with anxiety and depression,which is worthy of further clinical research and application.
