Clinical Study Of Acupoint Catgut Embedding Therapy In The Tre Atment Of Acne Vulgaris

Objective:This topic through the comprehensive therapy of acupoint c atgut embedding(cupping,medicated thread moxibustion acupoint catgut e mbedding)clinical efficacy was compared with the two Viaminate Capsules oral treatment of acne vulgaris,evaluate the efficacy of comprehensive thera py of acupoint catgut embedding and objective treatment of acne vulgaris an d the influence on the quality of life of patients,and provide the basis for the promotion of acupoint catgut embedding comprehensive therapy in the treat ment of acne vulgaris.Methods: 80 patients were divided into treatment group and control gr oup by randomized controlled trial,with 40 cases in each group.The treatm ent group weekly for 1 times,the first time cupping,then medicated thread moxibustion,acupoint catgut embedding therapy;control group received ora l administration of 50 mg,Viaminate Capsules,/d 3;two groups were 4 week s for 1 courses,2 courses of treatment.The scores of skin lesions were calcu lated in the two groups before the treatment,the end of the first courses and the end of the second courses,and the quality of life was filled out before an d after the treatment.According to the "clinical guiding principles of Chines e medicine new medicine",the symptom score standard and the curative effe ct index were scored,and the differences of the two groups were compared.Results: After the 1 course of treatment,the curative effect of the treat ment group and the western medicine group were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the 2 course of treatment,the curative effect of the treatment g roup and the western medicine group were significantly different(P<0.01).After treatment,the two groups of patients' quality of life scale score co mpared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the score of the quality of life scale in the treatme nt group was lower than that in the western medicine group,and the differen ce was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:(1)Acupoint catgut embedding therapy is effective in the treatment of acne,and with the increase of the number of treatment,the trea tment effect is more and more significant.(2)Acupoint catgut embedding co mbined therapy has advantages in improving the quality of life of patients w ith acne lesions and oral than Viaminate Capsules,and its low cost,fewer tre atment,patients with good compliance,it is worthy of clinical application.
