Analysis The Prognosis Of Ovary Endometriosis After Conservative Laparoscopic Surgery

Objective: To investigate the effects on the pregnancy out-come and postoperative symptoms and postoperative recurrence after conservative laparoscopic surgerycombined with gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH-a) treatment on ovary endometrioses. Methods: A retrospective analysis clinical data about160patients ovary endometriosis first treatment conservative laparoscopic surgery.Mean16months follow-up time.about11cases lost to follow-up,Finally149cases included in the research.Uighurs have70cases,the Han nationality have79patients.And follow-up tracking their pregnancies who has fertility requirements57cases,According to whetherpostoperatively with GnRH-a(name Liang Bing Rui Lin) treatment，analysis on pregnancy had statistical significance.and whether have difference between Uighurs and Han nationality pregnancies,and the rate of postoperative symptoms and postoperative recurrence after the medical treatment. Results: According to the national divided into two groups, the Uighurs and Han nationality,analysis and comparison the patient’s height, weight, age, pregnant times,the size of ovarian cysts, intraoperative bleeding,Statistical testing method for the t test,Results the P>0.05, not statistically significant. Fertility requirements57cases, after conservative laparoscopic surgery29cases of pregnancy, the pregnancy rate was47.37%.Conservative laparoscopic treatment can increase pregnancy rate.Follow-up after surgery, The Han nationality pregnancy rate was53.3%. Uighurs rate of pregnancy was48.2%. According towhether postoperative medication to various points in the two groups,Using chi-square test conclusion P>0.05,No statistical significance,With no obvious increase pregnancy rates after surgery.Comparing the Uighurs and Han nationality patients,Usingchi-square test P>0.05, without statistical significance. Compare the medical treatment group and no treatment ones after Postoperative symptoms of in remission a nd recurrence cases, P <0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion(s): Ovarianendometriosis cyst laparoscopic conservative treatment after operation can increase pregnancy rate.Our results suggest that medical therapy has no influence on the pregnancy rate.EMS can obviously relieve symptoms, reduce the postoperative recurrence of EMS.Uighurs and the Han nationality patients were compared with no significant difference.
