The Relationship Of Glucocorticoid Dependent Dermatitis Between The Influence Factors And Constitution Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Purpose:Through the investigation on clinical Glucocorticoid Dependence Dermatitis (hereinafter referred to as for Hormone Dependent Dermatitis) patients, preliminary studying the distribution characteristics of patients with different TCM Syndrome Types, analyzing The correlation between the factors of Hormone Dependent Dermatitis and the types of TCM Constitution,studying the clinical characteristics and the possible evolution of different types of physical constitution,to provide new ideas for clinical differentiation and prevention of Hormone Dependent Dermatitis.Method:This study has included 148 cases from April 2015 to December 2015 in the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences Institute of dermatology clinic visits with diagnostic criteria for Hormone Dependent Dermatitis, using the methods of epidemiological survey, determining the patient’s Chinese medicine constitution and Syndrome of TCM, exploring the correlation between TCM and TCM Syndrome Types in patients with Hormone Dependent Dermatitis,to statistical analyze the gender, age, education, occupation, menstruation, diet and other.Results:(1) Collected 148 copies of questionnaires,73 cases of single constitution,75 cases of two or more types of abnormal constitution, including 38 cases of constitution of Yin-deficiency(26%),31 cases of constitution of Yang-deficiency (21%),29 cases of constitution of Qi-deficiency (20%),17 cases of constitution of Qi-stagnation (11%),15 cases of constitution of normal(10%),7 cases of constitution of allergic (5%),6 cases of Constitution of dampness-heat(4%),3 cases of constitution of hlegm-dampness (2%),2 cases of constitution of blood stasis (1%).(2)Among the 148 cases of Hormone Dependent Dermatitis,there are 135 female cases and 13 male cases. The average age is about 39 years old, minimum 21 years old, max 69 years old,. Among them 20-29 years old 29 cases;30 to 39 years old,67 cases;40 to 49 years old,41 cases;50 years old and above 11 cases.(3) Among the 148 cases of clinical research survey, there are 37 cases of syndrome of wind-heat stagnation with lung(25%),37 cases of syndrome of damp-heat stanation(25%),49 cases of syndrome of blood deficiency and wind-dryness(33.11%),13 cases of syndrome of Qi deficiency and Blood stasis(8.78%),12 cases of syndrome of Yin deficiency and Blood stasis(8.11%).There are relevance between Different syndrome types and Chinese medicine constitution.(4) Chinese medicine constitution and sleep quality of the patients have statistical significance.There was no significant difference in diet preference.(5) Chinese medicine constitution and menstrual cycle have statistical difference,and there was no significant difference between the amount of menstrual volume.Conclusion:(1) There is a certain correlation between Hormone Dependent Dermatitis and Chinese medicine constitution.The number of the patients with single constitution is about the same amount with two or more types of abnormal constitution. Patients of constitution of Yin-deficiency are the mos (26%), followed by constitution of Yang-deficiency constitution of Qi-deficiency,constitution of Qi-stagnation,constitution of normal,constitution of allergic,Constitution of dampness-heat,constitution of hlegm-dampness,constitution of blood stasis.(2) Hormone-dependent dermatitis occurs in female.Most are in the age of 30 to 49 (72.98%).29 years old and below and 50 years old and above are gradually reducing the disease morbidity.(3) The syndrome of TCM are mainly in syndrome of wind-heat stagnation with lung,syndrome of damp-heat stanation,syndrome of blood deficiency and wind-dryness. Syndrome of wind-heat stagnation with lung and syndrome of damp-heat stanation Chinese medicine constitution classification are mainly based on Yang Deficiency.Also multiple in patients with constitution of Qi-deficiency or constitution of Yin-deficiency.The Chinese medicine constitution classification of Syndrome of blood deficiency and wind-dryness is mainly based on constitution of Yin-deficiency.Also multiple in patients with constitution of Qi-stagnation or constitution of Qi-deficiency.(4)Clinical treatment of Hormone Dependent Dermatitis should be the body of the debate.Correcting the biased constitution and Improving the quality of life,In order to improve the effect of treatment and medication and shorten the course of disease and reduce morbidity.
